  The room is very spacious and it equips with a small living room and make-up table. The style of room design is very elegant and you will definitely feel comfortable when entering the room.
  The equipment in the room is very high-tech and even equipped with a Bose speaker at the bedside table (But the saddest point is that those connection port of high-tech items are only compatible with generation of iPhone 4S or before).
  I have to mention that their breakfast is VERY YUMMMMMMMY !!!! I really enjoy it a lot !!! Their restaurant provides a variety of food and style ranging from traditional Chinese congee,steamed buns and noodle to western salad and cereals. It is REALLY a WOW factor of this hotel and you should NEVER skip the breakfast ! You will not be regretted !
  BTW, the gym room is awesome too ! Their gym room can fit in all types of work-up from treadmill, stationary bicycles, fitness bench and etc. Really like their gym room!
  I have just little time to stay in the hotel so not able to try their indoor swimming pool so cannot give any comments on it.
  The only bad thing about this hotel is that it is really isolated and not much you can do outside the hotel. But I believe that you will be pleased even just staying whole day in the hotel !!

  This was my second time in this hotel. The Staff are friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and outright amazing. The food at the Buffett was abundant with Asian and Western flare. Rooms are spacious and are beautifully designed and maintained. The bed is extremely comfortable and the pillows are truly heavenly. The Pool, Spa and the restaurants are beautifully designed and maintained. I will defiantly recommend this hotel to all my friends and colleagues.

  This hotel is fairly well kept and has nice interior layout. The breakfast is pretty good and the rooms are comfortable and clean. Check and check out takes a bit longer than one would hope and even though we were IHG members and the hotel was 90% empty we were refused an upgrade (traveling with a baby and a pregnant wife this would have been very nice). Some staff need some training on proper etiquette such as saying please and thank you. The pool area isn't bad but the bar was totally abandoned and it's still the middle of the summer. Nothing walking distance but downtown not far by taxi or car

  first thing first, the gratitude to the hotel staffs, especially The duty reception managers who are really helpful.
  Room is roomy and nice,the bed is huge and very comfy and close to all amenities , good for family leisure .
  Found most ppl nagging about the breakfast buffet, I assume most are local Chinese folks who are pampered or inclined to Chinese traditional breaky. There are lots choice and taste for the breakfast buffet,
  To sum up, it don't fail the brand of Crownie , deliver as good as it should be, and value for the money

  Great hotel with very professional and friendly staff. The buffet breakfast was amazing, and the hotel offers all of the facilities that I need (large outdoor pool, gym, spa, and several quality restaurants). I wish I could stay longer, one of the best hotels I've stayed in. The pillow is fantastic, need to try!
