  I´ve spent there one night during my business trip to Zhengzhou. Hotel staff is very friendly and professional and I really enjoy Executive Lounge. Room size is very good and beds are comfortable. This hotel is great place to stay in this overcrowded city. I will definitelly come back.

  I have stayed in about 12 hotels in China, these past six months.
  The JW Marriott in Zhengzhou is undoubtedly the best of all.
  It is only a year old and hence everything is sparkling new, clean and very well maintained. The extra little touches and comforts (like the plush bathrobes, cushioned slippers, coffee maker plus coffee pods, top of the range toiletries) all helped to make my stay that bit more enjoyable.
  The restaurant/breakfast room is exquisitely designed with plenty of light and an airy feel to it.
  Is is, without question, the best hotel breakfast I have ever had, anywhere. The head chef was very keen to make us new dishes each day and serve them to us personally. The range of foods and ingredients available is truly impressive.
  Special mention must be given to the remarkable staff – all of whom were courteous, polite, attentive and knowledgable. Extra special mention to Cici, our server, who was particularly excellent and friendly and efficient. Also to Gary and Jamie, the restaurant managers, who also gave us incredible service and attention.
  Nothing was too much trouble for this welcoming hotel and I have no hesitation in recommending it other travelers, seeking a first class stay.

  Again in Zhengzhou,Henan.
  Five nights in August and five in September 2015.
  I have stayed in almost 18 Marriott in China, J W Marriott Zhengzhou is the best I have stayed in China until now.Style,facilty and Location excelent.Specially to executive lounge staff Selina,Lulu,Pam,Tracy,Annie,Cassie and Deisy they had a excelent care in my time in the executive lounge and they were very kind during my time in Zhengzhou. I do confirm best executive lounge staff in China until now.
  Also lobby bar Amber excelent.
  Henan area has a lot of excelent tourist places around and Xi an ancient city very close as well, so I would like to mention specially in Conciergue area Mr Henry and Mr Jimmy they gave me a fresh information about tourist places,also anothers conciergue staff were very good.

  I stayed here for about 10 days in September and really enjoyed it. The rooms are big and the bed was very comfortable. Each room also has a coffee pod machine which is nice. The bathroom has a bath and shower and the bath has a TV with remote. The hotel is very clean and bright and they are strict when it comes to smoking in non-smoking areas. The breakfast was nice and there is a lovely bar area as well. The staff were very friendly and everyone at reception and at the concierge spoke English. They went out of their way to help and make our stay enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Zhengzhou.
