  I saw there were mixed reviews but on arrival we found that our booking was not registered with them (booking.com) and after waiting 20 minutes for them to sort it out they apologized and upgraded us straight away. The staff here I found were excellent and the rooms were very clean and well designed with lovely views of Zhangjiajie. We chose this for the proximity to the airport as we arrived late.( Be warned - the taxi drivers are ruthless. We were resolved to walk the 3km to the hotel until we agreed to pay 20 RMB as opposed to the 50rmb they were asking for. Very annoying.).The walk to the Cable car is only 10 minutes and easy to find. The breakfast I thought was superb but it does mainly cater to chinese style but you can have eggs/omelettes and fresh fruits and toast. Overall a great stay here - it does help if you speak some mandarin but I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

  The hotel room are really nice, the beds are comfortable and the bathroom are clean. But the problem is the tour agency in the lobby, when i bought a tour they offer me to stay in another hotel nearer from the turistic places and told me it was a 5 star hotel but it wasnt really a 5 star hotel, i paid more money for the "5 star hotel" and for a better transport which it wasnt good at all, it was an old car with uncomfortable seat, so do t use use the tour agency from there!!!

  Near the airport and Cable Car station. Breakfast is very good. Clean and comfortable. (On the other hand I had been flying for two days and could have slept in the shower.) English is spoken. This may not be the best hotel in the area, but it is clearly very good. (I have no idea what the price was, since someone else was paying.)

  The hotel is very close to Zhangjiajie Hehua airport and not far from the Tianmen Cable Car Station and the Fox Fairy show. You can easily find the taxi from this hotel but I recommend you to ask the staff to help you get the taxi, if you don't speak Chinese. Some staffs can speak English well. Breakfast is good. In the hotel, there is a convenient store,and a restaurant.

  I stayed here for 4 nights with friends in Jan. 2014, and it was fine. I didn't have any particular complaints about the room (except that the water from the shower kept spilling over onto the bathroom floor which was annoying). They have a small gift shop that sells fruits, snacks, and beer as well as other trinkets. The breakfast was average, but I did appreciate the availability of Chinese noodles. I had to use the business center, but I didn't find it as useful as it could be because of the old computers.
  The location though, is convenient because it is close to the airport, and close enough to the outdoor market-like area where you can get street food and eat in a big outdoor tent. There was one guy who could speak a bit of English.
