Our hotel is and IHG hotel in the northwest China mainland, features 392 stylish and modern rooms ranging from 32㎡ to 289㎡ with high-tech audio and video device, Samsung plasma TV, exported bedding items and spacious working area with whole wifi coverage, where is the smart choice for businessman and family. Our hotel is located in city centre, just minutes drive to airport and railway station, and 5 minutes' walk from commercial area and shopping malls. We have 3 themed restaurants that offers western style buffet and authentic Chinese food products. As the language issue you've mentioned, we will strengthen the English skills training. We had adjoining rooms, one had a smoke stench the other was good. No bathtubs in our rooms, really hard with a toddler. NO ICE.....Grocery store and KFC right across the street. Other than that, food options very limited for American tastebuds. Outside the hotel, locals were not too friendly.

Food products are cooked as per western and traditional Chinese style which are popular among locals, if you need classical American style, our chef would love to cook it for you as long as you request. Working longs days, this hotel feels nice when you return every evening.
Nice rooms that are well kept; nice dining room with tasty breakfast and vast choices; good service from pleasant people; price very fair for the service level.

Staff are super helpful and nothing bothers them.....even my endless stupid questions!!!
Breakfast is great with local hand-stretched noodles and an endless array of dishes..... espresso coffee made me think I was in Italy!!
