用汉庭的会员卡住过几次,快捷酒店
A TripAdvisor Member
Sep 22, 2025 | Trip type: Business
Typical Ibis
Josvalnav
Jaen, Spain | Oct 9, 2025 | Trip type: FamilyNice place to stay at a quite cheap price. You get what you can expect from an Ibis in a not very big city. Nothing special but better than most hostels in China. The family room is inexpensive for three people.

Value for $$

Pulau Penang, Malaysia | Dec 15, 2025 | Trip type: CouplesAlthough the hotel room is a bit small but it's clean and well kept. The location is quite covenient with supermarket and food store just a few minutes walking distance away. Good for basic stay. Value for the amount paid.

Chinese breakfast but very poor western breakfast
Markah00
Shanghai, China | Jun 9, 2025 | Trip type: Solo travelWhy does a western hotel, which is next door to a Chinese hotel, provide cooked hot breakfast to its Chinese guests and then offer up the most pathetic western breakfast to non Chinese guests such as me. Cold coffee, no fruit, no cooked hot food except the left overs from the Chinese breakfast of eggs (now cold) and fried rice (now cold). The orange juice didn't taste like oranges and the staff were very good at saying bu shi (no) when requesting something like a piece of fruit! They gave me the impression that western guests are a nuisance.

Hotel staff did not care about their rat problem at all!
CLeeHK
Hong Kong, China | Sep 22, 2025 | Trip type: Friends getawayIn the middle of the night while I was already asleep, I heard some noise and it was like tearing a plastic bag. I woke up slowly and the sound stopped. After several seconds, the shadow of a rat slipped away from the top of the writing desk to the floor, and the shadow then disappeared. I was stunned. When I turned on the light, I found that the banana placed on the writing desk was half bitten, and some black stuffs were left on the desk. I called the front desk to report the case and request for changing to another room. It was 3am, and the front desk receptionist was not helpful at all. She asked me to go to the front desk and picked up the key of the new room. How could I carry all the luggages from the old room to the front desk, pick up the key and then go back to the new room? She was not considerate at all. I went down anyway, and she asked a security guard (who was just awaken from his dream) to escort me to change the room but without offering any help.
We told at least three hotel staff regarding the rat problem, but none of them looked / showed any concerns at all. None of them asked me any detail. I asked whether some other guests experienced the same problem before, but they told me that this was the first time. She even tried to get me switched to the room which was only 2 meters away. This is quite ridiculous. Anyhow, I don't think this is a new problem at the hotel.
I think hygiene is one of the most important issues that a guest will consider when choosing a hotel during travel. Ibis should never sacrifice customers' interest in this.
My travel plan was from 17 Sep to 22 Sep, across Nanjing, Yangzhou and Zhenjiang. My original plan was to stay at Ibis all the way. Once I saw the rat, I checked out and switched to another hotel in Yangzhou in the morning. For the rest of my trip, I skipped all other Ibis and cancelled all my bookings there. I don't think I will ever consider choosing Ibis anymore. Hygiene is terrible; hotel staff is cold and indifferent.
