  Stayed here for 2 nights in October on business. Only had breakfast in the hotel. Check in staff and lobby staff are very friendly and professional. There are enough people who speak some English to be helpful when necessary. Stayed on the SPG floor level (11) and I think these rooms have recently been redone, so I cannot speak for the other floors. The room was clean, very nice but kind of small bathroom, great shower. The internet was good, not exceptionally fast, but reliable enough to get work done. TV had a few English channels and 1 movie channel. Great pillows and a comfortable bed. Like others have mentioned, they do seem to turn the A/C off during the night, this happens all the time in China so the rooms this time of year do get warm in the night, especially if you are accustomed to sleeping in a cool room, this will be challenging. The windows do open slightly and provide some cool air, but the traffic noise will become apparent in the early morning. I did request that a fan be brought up to the room, but one never did appear. There are a lot of Asian people who stay here, so I found the breakfast to be very average for a westerner. Not many choices for yogurt, a few cold cereals, no nuts or dried fruit...pretty much had to stick with hard boiled or fried eggs and toast. I will stay here again.

  But saying that it's clean, good rooms and very good breakfast. Bar area is a bit boring. To be honest not too much more to say - the staff have good English and are very helpful. We would stay again and probably will next year. Any doubts - just book it .

• Quite a relief!

  The Four Points Sheraton was a really pleasant surprise in a town like Yangzhou, where most hotels have terrible service, especially in the city center because locals DO NOT speak any English at all. I was initially booked at the Holiday Inn Express but moved here on the very same day. Although 20 mins away from the main areas, this hotel is first class, the rooms are extremely clean and spacious, décor is wonderful and bathroom very spacious. Staff is extremely friendly and will go out of their way to help you. Overall, the service was excellent, from front office, restaurant staff to the concierge. Staff speaks basic English, which is still better than most people you will meet in the city center or outside the hotel.
  I would like to thank Angel and Tina for their friendly service and making my stay a wonderful one.
  If you're a foreigner and travelling to Yangzhou for the first time, look no further than this hotel.

  Stayed there for 2 nights. The hotel is quite grand, nice and clean. The interior is quite new also. Generally very comfotable to stay. The Staffs are friendly and professional.
  The breakfast spread is ok,nothing to complain about.

  this is the second time I have stayed in Four Points by Sheraton Yangzhou, Hanjiang, and this time just as good as the first time. All staff friendly and have a sufficient grasp of English to be more than helpful.
  the rooms are are a very good size and are extremely clean and fresh.
  breakfast has a vast array of choice.
  definatly would have no hesitating staying there again.
