Great Hotel for Conference

I was extremely impressed with this hotel, the food at the buffet, conference facilities, and the General Manager. Even the head chef from New Zealand was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our visit. The rooms were great too - clean, comfortable and modern.

Hotel is situated on a mountain, so it makes the surrounding peaceful and serene. However, it also means that getting around can be challenging. But Xiamen is a relatively small city in China so getting there from airport and to meetings is not difficult. Taxi are easy to get.
Rooms are nice and new with hint of luxury. Would have been nice to stay there longer but I was in and out in the next morning.

I only went to enjoy a few drinks to celebrate my birthday with a friend and I think I have never been treated so well for my special day. Florian, the bar manager, is very talented and amazingly creative. It was a delight watching him explaining and making us a few of his cocktails. I would definitely come back for a drink (or more) and I hope it will be very soon.

Hotel located in green and hilly surrounds, 10 minutes from airport. Good service provided by all. Club lounge has good facilities. In the morning at breakfast in the restaurant on ground floor, Ines was a breath of fresh air. Bright, attentive, observant, efficient, personable, she saw I needed help when others don't speak English. Took care of breakfast needs while managing staff and serving at the same time. It would be great if other hotels had someone like her on staff to help people like us who don't speak local language. Very difficult to communicate with Chinese who have very limited if any understanding of special dietary needs. Thanks Ines and all the best to you!
Great Hotel and an outstanding bar - Latitude 24

People, you've got to stay at this hotel, rooms are cozy and comfortable, staff very knowledgeable, well trained and speak good English. Probably the only complaint I have are the taxi queues, some times is hard to catch a taxi right away. So manage your time! Regardless, it is worth it.
Its Latitude 24 bar has a great atmosphere and you will enjoy classic cocktails and also those that you never had before that will blow your mind away. While the bar doesn't have the largest variety of spirits I've ever seen, its manager Florian has managed to set the bar high by producing his own batches of home made spirits. You've got to try his gin, gimlet and THE shooter.
