Sep 14, 2025I jut like to say this hotel was AMAZING if you ever plan on visiting Xi'AN please don't look elsewhere this hotel is very nice and complete western 5 star hotel, ALICE at the front desk was extremely helpful she guide us to go to the Terracota Warriors site also suggested places to visit around the area.
The room of the hotel was very modern beyond of what I've expected one of the major highlight at this place was the BREAKFAST BUFFET OMG was out of this world!!!!!!
This hotels looks like it was built recently. -

Reasonable hotel but has some oddities

- Room as very nice and comfortable
- Overall the place was modern enough and clean
- Staff was generally friendly
- The buffet breakfast has a good selection
Cons
- Staff in the restaurant and the lounge area have a hard time understanding english
- Despite the non smoking signs people will smoke and the staff does nothing about it even when it is mentioned to them - that is not acceptable
- Cups of coffee almost always came 3/4 full - no idea why - staff said only "thats the way it is"
- The bathroom needs some painting especially around the toilet, and there are some cracks that need to be fixed up - really noticable.
I picked the hotel out of its convenient location to the office. Would probably stay here again on business but doubt I would stay here for non-business. -

Front desk staff and concierge very friendly and helpful in arranging tour and transport. Location is in business park and although half an hour from downtown Xi'An it's a cheap taxi ride ($AUS10) to visit Bell Tower, shops and markets. There are also some great restaurants and markets within walking distance. Breakfast buffet is extensive and the room rate very affordable. Overall great value and a very pleasant stay.

The food provided by the hotel is also a little more normal and palatable. Beds are a little softer. No surprises. There is a nearby restaurant which is also good, part of the building, try the icecream.
