  I stayed there for one night but I have been here twice. The room was very neat and spacious. They have three buildings. I was at building three and it is a bit far from the main lobby. Everything else was excellent, the service, food and location. They have a fitnes centre and indoor pool. They also have information in the room if you want to jog outdoors. They have a map for the possible you route you might want to take. It's a good hotel and would definitely be back again.

  We stayed for almost a week in this hotel, had long sessions in the meeting rooms, several meals. I also exercised in the gym a couple of times. Everything was superb. Gym was very big with much equipment.

  Great hotel overlooking Lake Taihu in Wuxi- be sure to get a room facing the lake. Excellent Italian restaurant with thin, crispy, delicious pizza. Good service. Big rooms and bathrooms. Amazing variety in the breakfast buffet.

  It's a very nice place to stay in. We got a room that has a view of the Lake and it was very beautiful.
  The only complaint we had was that the room air-conditioning was not cold enough. The conference rooms were too cold but the rooms itself was too hot. It was only on FAN. Even after setting it to blow cold air, it's still a bit warm (24C was the coldest temp that we got in the room).
  Swimming pool is nice and clean, a great place to hang out with your friends while swimming as well. The "jacuzzi" Hot pool, was not hot enough, it's supposed to be 38C but does not feel that hot.

• New hotel with spacial and comfortable room. Excellent service! Not a crowded area, no traffic jam.

  Crowne Plaza Wuxi Taihu is not located in a busy area, so we do not have to suffer from traffic jam. I quite enjoy the peace around it. And it is near to the famous sightseeing attraction, also the top 1 spot in Wuxi - Turtle-Head Peninsula Scenic Area. The other twin building for business is right next to the hotel, in which there is a Starbucks. If your room booking does not include breakfast, going to Starbucks will be a good choice (actually I did so every morning).
  The room is highly comfortable! The Taihu Lake can be seen right from the room windows! It is a pity that the air gets polluted in Wuxi, so the entire scenery is grey and unclear. The bed is large and soft. Inductor is set in the light of the washroom. Loudspeakers connected to the TV are set in the washroom too, which allows the guests to enjoy the TV programs when taking a shower. The initial music when the TV is on sounds beautiful and peaceful. The design concepts from the hotel owner and the designers are well reflected from many details.
  I went to its restaurant during my stay. The staff there were enthusiastic.
  The only flaw happened on the other day that the staff from House-keeping Dept still entered to clean my room, even I hung the "Do Not Disturb" note. I complaint to the Reception when I came back. They said sorry to me and promised to re-train their colleagues and improve the service. In fact, in most cases, it is not your mistakes but your attitude and actions after making a mistake really count.
  In sum, Crowne Plaza Wuxi Taihu is an excellent hotel. I will definitely strongly recommend it to my friends who come to Wuxi afterwards.
