  I went for a short business trip in Jiangsu. It was a brief stay at Pullman Wuxi. The staff were so helpful eventhough most of them can not speak English well, it makes me frustrated during check in :D . For an international hotel I strongly advised Pullman management to train their front staff with English languange.

  Very comfortable and nice hotel in case you are looking for a mini getaway from Shanghai. The staff is very helpful and understands English. The rooms and bathrooms are the best thing about this Hotel. The pool is very nice and clean and the hotel car is very reasonable allowing you to explore the City Center at a decent price.

  A fairly new hotel in Wuxi, the property is a true value proposition in terms of M.I.C.E facilities which is why i was visiting. Well designed, the rooms are spotless thanks to a team led by the GM Humayoon Shaikhzadeh. The hotel's Le Chinois Chinese restaurant and The Banzai were a real treat not quite expected from far-off Wuxi. Loved the Aqua lounge, the new gym and the spa. I'd recommend the hotel for a stay in Wuxi. Get a good book though because the hotel is at the moment, far from most.

  This is undoubtedly of the best hotels to stay in Wuxi. The rooms are very spacious and tidy, bathroom has a wonderful bath tub as well. If you're lucky, you can get a spectacular lake view from your room.
  The front desk is very helpful and the hotel breakfast spread is also very big! It has plenty of options for a foreign traveler as well. Wifi is easy to connect and fast.
  The hotel can also arrange for a pick up or drop off to the airport/railway station at a very convenient rate, unlike many 4-5 star properties. The restaurants are pricey but the food is amazing!
  However, it is a little far away from the wuxi city centre. If you are travelling in and out of wuxi from the wuxi new railway station then there is no better option than this hotel, but otherwise i think it is better if do a background check on where you'd want to go during your visit in Wuxi

• Pros and Cons, choose wisely

  Pros-
  Both the bedroom and bathroom are spacious and beautiful. Very nice facilities. The pool, fitness center and recreation amenities are clean and nice.
  Cons-
  Location is a MAJOR disappointment. If you want to do ANYTHING in Wuxi City Center stay elsewhere. There is no public transport to this hotel, the nearest metro station is 20 minutes minimum away by taxi, and then another 40 minutes into town by subway. The hotel is located in one of those Chinese fake ghost town cities in the middle of nowhere. Right across the street from this highrise hotel is an empty field that goes on for miles. On the other side are eerie empty office buildings. Because of the poor location, you are forced to eat at the restaurants in the hotel. The food is decen, but WAYYY overpriced. Not a good value at all. Staff during breakfast are incompetent, and quoted the wrong price upon entering, then came back after the meal to tell me they made a mistake and the bill was double what we are anticipating. Managerial staff was rude and inconsiderate.
