  A good hotel with friendly staff describes crowne plaza. Some of the staff members who don't English calls the one who can understand English n makes life easy. All needed things required in a business hotel is found in the room. Rooms are very spacious. .good english breakfast..

• Great hotel at a great price

  this is the only place in China during a warm November that they actually had the air conditioner option! Beds were also the best we had experienced. Service was great, though with 500 middle schoolers there screaming "HELLO", it got a bit tough to use the elevator. Very convenient to town center and shopping. Big bonus - a VPN - we could access Facebook, Google, youtube and other sites not allowed. It was a good price and included a delicious breakfast with the manager visiting every table to refresh REAL coffee. Starbucks and shopping mall right behind it.

  We had a very comfortable stay in this hotel in Wuhu. The rooms are well priced and are very large. The beds are indeed a little hard but there is a good pillow menu to choose from and a thick mattress topper that can be ordered from housekeeping. Wifi is free and of a reasonable speed for general communications. Breakfast is reasonably priced and offers a wide selection of Asian and Western foods. We found the staff lovely and accommodating and their English was of a good standard. Cora was especially attentive and wanted to ensure our stay in Wuhu was interesting. There are smoking free floors and rooms and the rule is largely adhered to though there is still a lot of smoking in the foyer, the lifts and in and around the bars and restaurants. Free drink on arrival in the Pheonix Bar for IHG members, and complimentary fresh fruit and biscuits in the room. Nice touches.

  We ll stay there again. It was not only the price but also the service. My wife had an accident and the hotel staff could n't do anything more to help us. From the Assistant Manager coming with us to the hospital, to the restaurant staff sending breakfast up to the room , everything was great!

  to sleep on business absolutly ok for anything else not worth to go
  biggest suite room huge but already for me with too old touch
  excecutive floor evening snacks not good at all
