• Very nice hotel with very good and friendly staff

  Stayed here 4 nights while on business. Relatively new and very modern hotel. From checkin through to checkout, with meals and drinks in between I had a very good stay. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and attentive, but not overly so. Many if not most staff speak at least some level of English (some very basic), with staff one interacts with more (desk, concierge/head bell person) all speak good English. Breakfast is very good with many Asian and western choices, although a bit expensive at about $24 if not included in room rate like mine was not. Gym facilities are very good with a roughly 25 m pool that is good for laps - but to be a true lap they need some colored bottom lane lanes (I'm a swimmer). Too bad pool was down for 1/2 of my stay.

  The best designed Hyatt in Greater China area. I will give a A+ for the stylish interior and decoration in the hotel. Maybe A- for the materials they choose. Staff here are very kind and proactive in service. Will definitely recommend this hotel to more people. 前身是LDH旗下的璞瑜酒店，被凯悦接管后堪称大中华区设计最佳凯悦，闹中取静深得我心，内饰和陈列有浓郁的楚风，符合武汉的城市底蕴。唯一不足的是部分材料的选择有提升空间，建议翻新时改善下，比如房间地板，比如床头的插线板之类的。酒店中西餐品质皆为一流水准，推荐来武汉的朋友下榻此处!

• Excellent hotel

  Tastefully designed from the entry till the last corner of the room, this hotel was just perfect for my stay in Wuhan. The spa, that recalls somehow the Thai spirit, offers excellent treatments at very reasonable prices. I will definitely come back here for my next stay.
  
  The hotel has also a restaurant catering Italian - Chinese cuisine; I did not eat there this time, but a couple of years ago I had an excellent dinner there. I trust the quality is still the same.

• Top flight hotel in Wuhan

  This hotel is very nice, clean and run very professionally. Would recommend this hotel if you will be in Wuhan and near Optics Valley. Compared to other hotels in this area this one by far the best. Nice breakfast buffet, executive lounge, gym and 1st floor lounge.
