  Stayed one night on business trip. Room was very small but clean and comfortable. ONly had a shower, no bath tub. Very good wifi connection in the room with seperate connection for each room. Poor wifi connection in lobby and restaurant áreas. Had dinner in hotel restaurant, very good quality and value. Did not try the breakfast because we had to leave early and breakfast started at 7.

  I travel to many cities in China and this is by far one of the better locally run hotels for western business travelers. They even have an iron in the room, which is rare in local non-branded hotels. My room was clean, spacious, and well equipped. I only found a couple of things that kept it from getting an excellent rating. The bed was typical of most local hotels, more like a box spring than a mattress - hard and little padding. The other thing was that the air conditioning is extremely weak.
  Still, I would recommend this hotel to other western business travelers. The price is outstanding for the service and quality of the room.

• Rooms are Good but Little Else for Western Business Travelers

  This is a "four star" hotel in WenZhou. The rooms are clean, comfortable and have fast internet if you need to do work. Nice western bathroom and shower with hot water. I had a "non-smoking" room, Yet it had an ashtray and a plastic bag over the smoke detector. Having said that, the room did not smell of smoke.
  The "western" restaurant serves breakfast only and it is not all that western. Rare is a staff person who speaks english. I asked for scrambled eggs two days in a row and got over-easy fried eggs like everyone else. The Chinese restaurant is average.
  The hotel is on a busy four lane road with cars and trucks beeping their horns constantly. And the Chinese guests who stay there are always loud and smoking in the hallways. There is nothing around the hotel walking distance. No restaurants, nothing.
  If your looking only for a clean place to sleep, this will work. Otherwise, avoid it.

  This is an older hotel with foul smell in lobby, elevators. The room as better compared to the public areas of hotel. The location not that great nor is the service. There is no place to eat at walking distance and their restaurants close at 10pm with and room service closes at 10pm as well. Hardly anybody can speak english.
