    The Hotel is situated on top of a shopping mall.
    It is close to almost everything.
    The hotel management goes out of their way to accommodate visitors.
    I got upgraded because other visitors did not behave.
    The food is acceptable to foreigners.

    This hotel is very spacious from the lobby to your room too.
    The room was clean, lousy water pressure and very thin walls so you even hear my neighbour snoring :(.
    My room had an ash tray so make sure you request a non smoking room if you prefer.
    The night time buffet was fairly extensive and my freshly cooked food was very good.
    Breakfast starts at 07:30 which I think is a bit late for a ‘5 star’ hotel.

    Typical Mercure property. Nothing to shout about.
    Standard rooms were small compared to the Sheraton but comfortably-sized for 2 seasoned travelers.
    Breakfast options were meh. (Sheraton had a higher quality, and bigger variety.)
    During my one-night stay, there were 3 power outages, and even the elevators stopped working so had to take the stairs. Thankfully i was not on a high floor.
    It's location in the middle of nowhere meant getting around the city was tricky.
    Doesn't help that the lobby is not on street level, so taxis often bypass the hotel, even though the doorman tried to assist! It's located next to what seemed like a huge car dealership. Not walkable to any points of interest.

    Grand Mercure decoration style is relatively simple, may not meet the standard of five star hotel. We will provide more professional services to add more comfortable feelings to your journey.
    The breakfast problem you mentioned, because it is the Spring Festival, the occupancy rate is very low, we adjusted the variety.
    The hotel is located in the city center, the opposite is the city park, located in the largest trading mall.
    The elevator in the hotel is running for 24 hours without the trouble you mentioned.
    In the end, welcome to your visit again.

    Pillows are too flat, pls change or upgrade the pillows. For other room services are excellent, also for the hospitality of the staffs are wonderful. Breakfasts are yummy. Hotel location is really downtown surrounded by shops n restaurants. Very comfortable to go many places by taxi.
