• Luxurious hotel!

  Soon you walked in to the hotel you feel like a royalty. This hotel is sophisticated and breathe taking.
  I remember that I stayed in the 26th floor, out room was facing the river it's so pretty at night and you can see the city view in the morning. We didn't have a chance to have breakfast because we only stayed for one night. But our room was spacious, completed with comfy bed and pillows I didn't want to get up.
  Our bathroom was so clean and neat. We got a walk in closet as well. However, the wifi suck.
  We didn't try any other facilities at this hotel because of the short stay but overall it was a pleasure to stay.

  Hotel has an impressive vista and located close the canal. Bed was comfortable and breakfast range was quite good. Air-conditioning temperature too high and didn't respond to the controls. Problem solved by quick attendance of the hotel engineer upon request - turned the unit off and opened the window ! Not used to that in these modern times where windows are usually hermetically sealed. Fortunately it wasn't a hot summer night....

  good location, very good breakfast, but should more person to serve in breakfast time. Large & clean room, but unfortunately in closet room no water spray, because we need water in closet! one of electric power connector out of service.

  Rooms:
  The rooms are luxury, equipped with minibar, bix flat TV, big bathroom with rain shower and bath tub. There is a large window (with shutter) aligned to the bath tub looking to the bedroom.
  The king size bed is very cosy.
  Additionaly the room is equipped with a heating/cooling air condition. The rooms are very quiet.
  Check in / Check out:
  The personell get confused while handeling the check in process and the deposit with credit card. Fortunately the mistake was detected before paying a huge amount of EUR!!!
  In generell the communication in english language in this hotel was really bad. The personell (except a very few people) is very weak understanding and speaking in english language - even at the front desk.
  Breakfest:
  The breakfest offers a large variety of traditional dishes. A good assortment of intercontinental brekfast with different kinds of bread, cereals, milk, joghurt, fesh fruits, omelette, good coffee, etc. is available too. All is arranged very beatiful. The service personell is very attentive.
  Negative: The breakfast room - as well as the other rooms at the ground floor, including the lobby, - are ice cold. It was impossible to sit there without a jacket!!! Obviously there is no heating.
  Swimming pool and Spa:
  Positive: A fitness area and a large indoor swimming pool is available. The water in the pool was warm.
  A sauna (in the men's changing room) was available. But it did not work well and it is only suitalble for one or max two persons (sitting).
  Negative: The room with the pool was ice cold - relaxing on the deckchairs was not possible.
  The water of the pool was so dirty, that I decided to leave the pool imediately! There were a thousands of small particles everywhere in the water - disgusting.
  Fazit:
  I would chosse this hotel again but only fo a short stay of 1 or 2 nights.
  This is because the rooms and the beds are comfotable. And the breakfest arrangement is nice.
  But the breakfest room is ice cold. Also the pool cannot be used because of the disgusting water quality (particles and maybe unvisible germs).
