• Big room and quite

  Though it is called apartment, it is a hotel delivering excellent service. Its room is big (bed room + sitting room). I stayed in this hotel many times (in fact every business trip to Tianjing I stayed there). By a 10 minutes walk, you may go to the city centre where you may eat and shop. The environment of the hotel is quiet, which I always prefer.

  I only stayed for two nights at the Somerset International Building Tianjin, but I was highly impressed by the service and quality of the room.
  The service staff was quite friendly when I first entered the building and made sure I got to my room with no hitches. Upon entering the room I saw a set of drinks on the and snacks on the table with a personal note from the property manager welcoming me. What nice touch. The room was quite spacious and it was quiet, so it allowed me to get my work done without any disturbances. The wi-fi connection was very good as well.
  Somerset is also in a great location which is nearby shops and two subway station.
  I will certainly stay at this place again should I go back to Tianjin.

  Service appartement, Very clean, large flat for one.
  Good service, with reasonnable understanding of English.
  Quick Check in and out.
  Breakfast acceptable, bout do not come here for that.
  Very close from subway station.
  Central situation on nanjing lu.

  I'm only there for a one day biz trip and was arranged to stay in the apartment hotel by my biz partners. There isn't any grand lobby with high ceiling etc but I find it worthwhile every penny staying there even if I've paid higher than most branded hotels after checking the internet. The room, actually a suite, is big and bedroom is spacious. The living room is simple but sufficient. Kitchen has everything you need and with a fridge and washer. This place will be great if I went with my family. The service of their staffs is another to mention. Only one word to describe - Great! Awesome and I salute the management for having such staffs..

  I've stayed in Beijing, Tianjin, Bangkok, Singapore and now Tianjin again. Somerset always give me the security and assurances while staying with them, whether it is security, dining and room cleanliness. On top of these, this International Building Somerset offers very good services from the security man, receptionists, room cleaners and the waitresses at the breakfast. They are not only friendly but also detailed in the job and also helpful. The receptionist speaks fluent Japanese too as I overheard while I was checking out. Salute to the management for bringing together this team of fantastic staffs together to serve us.
  This hotel is also convenient to move around with amenities easy access and located in the shopping district and CBD. Getting a taxi is easy, just inform the receptionist or the security men.
  The suite is huge and more than sufficient if you are on a few days visit to Tianjin. Everything is in place just the same as your own home.
  Will always choose Somerset wherever I travel to.
