Perfect location

The location is perfect for shopping and transportation. The walking street and the shopping malls are just few meters from the door. 2 metro lines and a bunch of busses are also very close. The apartments in the hotel are large and decorated in western style. The breakfast is a little simple but ok. We stay here often is price and quality meet our expectations

Really nice place, just in the center of Tianjin. The rooms are clean and spaced, furnished with good furniture and modern kitchen ware. Enough for living in there some months. The worse is the service of cleaning, as usual in china, cleaning is poor, just move dirt from one place to other, don't use proper clean products and don't pay enough attention about how things are, minimum effort applied. Maintenance is good and also other services as gym and reception. Also rates are good if you compare with hotels. If i have to back tianjin long time i will do there or similar.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of many shopping malls and the Tianjin Subway. The hotel rooms are big and offers a large bathroom and comfortable beds. Really loved how the hotel provides an amenity bag containing toiletries inside it. Each suite has its own wifi router so the internet speed is fast. The staff are very welcoming and do their best to assist you in making the most out of your stay in Tianjin.

The location is second to none, within walking distance of metro, convenient store and shopping mall. Though we had a room facing the main street, the room is still relatively quiet.
Hotel facilities are adequate, breakfast venue is a little small for all the guests but the choices are varied and good.

Modena Group Hotel, good Location in Tianjin for Airport (ca, 45mins). However it misses the range of Services offered by a regular Hotel (Restaurant, bar, sports). More suited to Long stay guests as this Hotel offers Maisonette/bed sit type accomodation (kitchen) for those who prefer to cook and dine at 'home' in their rooms. Generally clean, comfy large bed, free wi-fi, nice bathroom, good sized rooms, cable TV with CNN, BBC, CNBC and Nat Geo as english channels. friendly staff but limited english. Didn't have car so not sure about car parking possibilities and in Tianjin, space is at a premium. Breakfast is simple, not so big buffet and aimed at local rather than western guests.Although at time of booking a No-Smoking room was confirmed, upon Arrival was informed that all no Smoking rooms were already let. Kind receptionist upgraded me to a larger room.. Room Price for this area just about acceptable.
