Sep 9, 2025 | Trip type: CouplesI stayed there only for one night. The bed was very comfortable and the linen was good as well. Considering the name for this franchise, the bathroom wasn’t very clean, it had lots of mold in the shower and the toilet had a very strong smell. The breakfast was mostly Chinese. I was quite disappointed to be honest as I expected more from a Western franchise. On the good side, there is a big mall nearby, you will find a metro line within walking distance and plenty of other transport.

California | Mar 27, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessStayed for 2 nights. The room is small, but has comfortable furniture and fast internet. The bathroom is strange because the bathroom door and shower door swing to fulfill only one purpose at a time. Water pressure is good.
Negatives:
I was on the top floor and the elevator took forever to come up.
Checkout was a hassle. Only two people were at the counter with about 30+ people waiting to check out.
The website claims they have room service but they don't.

The Holiday Inn Express Suzhou Changjiang (Suzhou Changjiang Kuaijiejiari Jiudian) is located in the Suzhou High-Tech Development Zone, conveniently close to the Suzhou Amusement Park and a metro station. Within close range of this hotel are also several other local attractions including Hanshan Temple and Tiger Hill.
Various rooms are outfitted with 32-inch LCD TVs, cable and satellite TV channels and free broadband Internet access.
On the second floor of the hotel is the Great Room, where guests can enjoy a mix of both Chinese and international cuisine.
