Great service . From front desk to executive lounge, Demi, Leo, Cindy and Shelley, very warm and remember what I preferred to provide it time. Room is re-decorated and clean. This is the first choice of Suzhou.

Cindy is a very good person, excelent service and very friendly with all customers in the hotel. All time is smailing and she is waitig for help. Transportación in the hotel is very fast. The food un the restaurant os very nice and people there are to swit.

This has been one of the best services I've enjoyed on my trip. Fantastic location, tons of food & stuff to do around the hotel.
I enjoyed a great room with fantastic view, along with genuine service provided by staffs, especially from Freya at the front desk who was warm and welcoming.
Another big spotlight was the AYCY dining on the first floor. Wide variety of food selections and definitely the best Indian food I've had for a while. Honorable mention to the staffs (Daisy, Lucky and Namcy) who gave us special and attentive care.

They encourage the team to know your name, what type of food you like, and share their knowledge of Suzhou. Interns and regular staff are very professional.
