• Pleasant surprise

  Having stayed at the other three SPG properties in Suzhou, I thought I would try the Four Points as well. Check in was quick and I was informed about property features. My suite on the 18th floor was reasonably sized with a separate living room and had panoramic views of Dushu lake and Suzhou Industrial Park. Air conditioning wasn't switched on when I arrived, but thankfully the AC worked well. There was a happy hour spread in a small lounge area next to the lobby bar from 5:30-7:30 with some drinks and light bites. The fruit platter they sent was decent. Breakfast was quite good with bacon, tomatoes and an egg station, along with the usual Asian offerings- better than what was on offer at the Le Meridien in Suzhou bay. The location isn't exactly ideal for sightseeing, but there's a subway station within walking distance and a small mall/convenience store across the road.

  Good business hotel with all amenities required to make your stay convenient. Liked the restaurant with good selection of local cuisine and view over the near lake. Ask for corner rooms overlooking the lake...

• Spacious Rooms, Great location & good service

  Perfect for business, English is a challenge but one can get through if spoken slowly
  Great multi national food options
  Great view and prompt service
  The Marriott to Sheraton Frequent traveler exchange took a while but once it was sorted everything was smooth
  I recommend this hotel to anybody travelling to the region

• Great Business Hotel

  I have seen different hotels in Suzhou for business purposes - this one is one of the best. Nice place at the lake - away from downtown. Big nice room - very good breakfast. A tip for the management: please take away the metal basket in the bathroom which are rusting because of wet towels (see photos). This looks not nice!
  But: I will definitely stay here again.
