  Very accomplished hotel providing all the amenities for an enjoyable stay for either business or vacation. It is a good location to explore the local area with the opportunity for a good scenic walks with good restaurants located close buy if you want to eat out but the hotel food is also very good.

  Amazing hotel with top notch service, delicious quality food and perfect location. Had the roast dinner at T-boat restaurant and it was so tasty, it felt like I was back home in the UK, well it was better than a lot of roasts that I’ve had back home!
  All staff are so friendly, welcoming and professional, especially reception and Conceirge.
  
  The breakfast buffet has a great selection of western foods such as granola, English breakfast and waffles.

• "Crown" of all hotel experiences

  From the moment we arrived at the Crowne Plaza hotel, we were greeted with impeccable service that left us feeling pleasantly surprised. Needless to say, this service persisted throughout our stay, and the warmth, friendliness,and astonishing attentiveness of the staff left me feeling like royalty. (The only downside with this was that I became spoiled--can I take the Crowne Plaza staff back home with me?)
  
  The hotel itself was beautiful, the rooms were clean, and room service as well as any special requests we had were always promptly attended to. The breakfast buffet was just OK for me, but there was generally a wide array of options to choose from and I could always find something to get me through the morning. Also, when the waitresses discovered that I had certain dietary restrictions (pescatarian), they offered to have the chef prepare a side of fish specifically for me, and they thoughtfully remembered to do so the remainder of my stay.
  
  I don't have enough good words to say about the concierge service. Edric is the guy to go if you want to find your way around the most important parts of Suzhou. His vast knowledge of the city, his excellent recommendations, and his competence in arranging and booking travel accommodations for us made our trip hassle-free, headache-free, and so smooth and pleasant. Perhaps the aspect I was most appreciative of though was that he was readily available to us by phone (through text and/or call) if we ran into issues outside of the hotel. At one point during our trip, we got lost in a remote area of Suzhou at night and in an area where it was difficult to find anyone to communicate with. I called Edric and he arranged for our driver to pick us up at that location within 15 minutes. Truly amazing. I could go on and on--thanks for your excellent service, Edric.
  
  
  Toward the end of our stay I was acquainted with another of the wonderful staff members, Nadya. After we checked out, we had a few hours to kill before our train departure, and she offered to take us to a more comfortable and private lounge area while we waited. She made our last few hours at the Crowne Plaza extra memorable with her thoughtful accomodation and great conversation. I don't think any hotel experience can compare to Crowne Plaza, and there is no question I would stay here again if I return to Suzhou.

  The scenery here is so beautiful that I really like it.And the food here is very yummy, I ate a lot. The service here is so good that the servers is very warm and helpful, especially Shanny Wang and Crystal Sun, I like their service very much.

• Where the guest feels like to be the captain

  This was already my second stay at the Crown Plaza and will also be my future dock when I travel to Suzhou again.
  
  I will not rate the rooms and facilities of this hotel since everithing is at a high level anyway.
  
  The most important thing for me are always the people who fill a place like this. I have not visited any other hotel where the staff are as attentive, friendly and accommodating as here.
  
  After a long day at work, it was always a great pleasure to end the evening at the Mariana Lounge. Steffy, the new bar manager and her team (David, Kevin, Ann, Juicy, Jenny, Vincent...) took great care of me and made every wish come true.
  Not to forget on top of this, the excellent musical performance of Gino the piano player, and the delicios food from the T-Boat restaurand which make this place so great.
  
  A special thank also go to the guest relation officer Nadya, who always had some time to have a nice conversation with which she snatched me out of the lonely traveler.
  
  Because of all this, I had a very nice stay, whereby the departure was not only in anticipation of home, but also with sadness of leave.
