Business Trip to Suzhou
Alasdair D
Pattaya, Thailand | Oct 29, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessNoah’s Hotel is situated on a very busy corner opposite a major roundabout which can be very noisy if you face the main road.
The Hotel staff are very willing to help with any requests / needs.
My room was clean and tidy and had no issues when staying there, TV choices are CNN and a sporting channels for Europeans.
The majority of the Breakfasts choices were catered to the local guests, but there was Bacon, eggs, fruit.
Outside the Hotel there is Pizza, Starbucks and many others Restaurants within a 10 minute safe walking radius.
I had an enjoyable stay and would stay again when in this area. -
Very good hotel for the price

Denver, Colorado | Jul 29, 2025 | Trip type: FamilyWe were traveling with a tour group and stayed at this hotel for one night, it was better than we expected. Although we didn't know exactly how much we paid for this one night stay (because it is part of a multiple day tour package), but according to the tour guide, it is about $35-$40, which is a great value.
Facility: The hotel is fairly new, probably several years old, rooms are with standard sizes. One problem is the rooms all have ash trays, so you know they are all smoking rooms, thus the room had strange smell, maybe due to the air cleaner they use.
Location: There are quite some restaurants and convenient stores close by, and there is a street with Japanese restaurants and bars half mile away within walking distance. We had to buy some shoes due to the heavy rain on the day we arrived there, there is a department store about a mile away that the hotel staff told us to go, but the 5-floor department store was almost completely empty, most stores moved out already. Not sure why the hotel staff told us to go there.
Breakfast: Continental breakfast is included and had a lot of variety of different types of food you can choose from, either Chinese style or Western style, you can find what you like. This is really the part that we didn't expect. I hope the hotel keeps up the good work on their breakfast.
Cannot say more about the hotel since we only stayed there for one night. Overall it was really good value for the price we paid. -
Quite okay

Shanghai, China | Jun 26, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessThe Hotel is quite okay. A bit noisy for my taste. The Room itself was clean, but had a certain unpleasant smell to it.
Location was okay. Downstairs you have a starbucks and pizza hut; A Blue Marlin is located within 5-10 minutes walking distance. -
Good hotel and decent value

Blanchardstown, Ireland | Mar 11, 2025 | Trip type: CouplesHotel was further than we thought from the metro stop (a good 15 minute walk along a busy, not very interesting road). The hotel itself was fine and very good value for money. Breakfast was buffet style and perfectly adequate to get the day started (although the breakfast room was too cold for comfort). Room and beds were good standard.
Tip for the city. Use a taxi to get around, cheap and much easier than trying to walk. Have everywhere you want to go in Chinese script for the taxi driver. -
Good value for

Singapore, Singapore | Aug 15, 2025 | Trip type: CouplesRoom size and cleanliness was good and wifi was provided free. There was an LCD TV but mostly local channels only. Westerners might find the bed a bit hard and the shower hot water pressure was somewhat weak. The buffet breakfast caters more to the local taste but there is a Pizza Hut, bakery and convenience store close by the hotel. It's decent value.
