Very Nice hotel. Perfect place in the city. Great room. Superb breakfeast, View from room over the lake is fantastic. Service from staff is really high class. And bar on top floor is always nice to visit before going to sleep

A hotel that lives up to its promise!

I stayed here during a business trip for three nights. The rooms are well appointed with all basic needs. The rooms are clean, the furniture are well set and sufficient. The washrooms are well laid out. The breakfast is thoroughly international. The Indian chef Matthew is ready to serves a la carte to match your taste, if you are not happy with his presentation of dishes in general. The selection of juice during breakfast is good. The room service through robots is a feather in their cap of excellence in service. The staff all around are very well trained and very professional in their dealing. The lifts are very efficient, and are capable of catering to large groups and events. I would love to stay here again.

Me and my wife stayed in this property in a club room from June 24 to 30,2018

It is an excellent property in Suzhou. We had a seamless good experience from our pick up from Pudong airport(at a cost) to our drop back to airport. We are vegitarian and the hotel's chef Mathew took our best care from breakfast , packed sandwitches(vegitarian) for lunch to lounge vegitarian snacks in evening. He is a very simple but very caring person.
Overall we had very comfortable stay in this property with large panaromic club room having wonderful view of Jinji lake. All staff are very cordial, friendly and very helpful.
We will again stay in this property during our next visit to Suzhou. The property have wonderful modern surrounding.

A wedding party!

I attended a wedding party here for one of my local Chinese friends. It was amazing and I had a wonderful time. The hotel was far beyond what I was expecting and decorations for the wedding party were amazing. Some of the things on the menu, not so much. I had issues trying to look at one of the "turtle" dishes. Other than that, we all had a great time and I would say this location is great if you want to host a large party

Great view with a relaxing drink

My daughter and I enjoyed a relaxing time at the Skybar, with a gin and tonic and a rum on ice. There are four gins in the menu. There is a moderate range of other spirits and wines. Service is fine. The winning card is the exceptional view, especially in a late summer evening.
