The hotel is OK and really that is it, the breakfast and everything else is OK. No bar but that isn't a big deal in this type of budget type hotel. Was on a high floor but didn't see the Harbour.

Staff are friendly but speak almost no English; the best I got was a conversation with a patient lady on reception who asked me to write words on a piece of paper and painstakingly fed everything into her phone before getting a translation back. Rooms are dated and feel a bit grubby; when I was packing a large insect leapt out onto my hand and scuttled off before I could assess what it was... No individual toiletries, just a box of gel attached to the wall in the bathroom. Breakfast had an excellent noodle bar and helpful staff.

Mar 18, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessNice hotel and good place specially for the poeple who didn't have a car they can walk to shopping or going for out side restaurant. the upper rooms have a nice view specially on river view. some of peoplr did not speake english fluently but he / she was very freindly. the hotel have 24 floors my rooms on 16th floor it is double room with kind size bed. the furniture very good the bed is comfortable the bathroom is clean and the amenity is fine. water pressure hot and cold. the table lamp is avilable in the rooms and they have desk so you can finish you job and other desk you can use it for food and drinks . tow bottle of water free and water heater is avilable in the rooms . and the WIFI coverge all the room and fitness center but the speed is limited but it is fine for recieved and send email. but for viber or youtube is not enough.

Jan 27, 2026 | Trip type: BusinessWell in budget Hotel, Rooms are ok and well kept. Biggest issue out here is that seldom anyone speaks English and Hardly any English Channels on the Television. A hotel with such beautiful entrance and wonderful lobby, sure deserves staff to speak English. Food was ok but not a good choice for a Vegetarian from India. I would love to come back if English speaking staff and some more choice of Vegetarian food is in place. Hey not forget English Channels Please!

Noise is a factor since my room was close to the fitness room and I could hear equipment clanging until midnight most nights. I just turned the air on and white noise eliminated problem. Morning breakfast buffet in the Cafe was reasonably priced and good mix of Chinese and western fair. Only big complaint: the night staff seemed to be low on English skills. Day staff was good though. Overall, I would stay here again.
