A good spread of international selection for breakfast and service at the lobby is good. There is a shopping mall at the back of the hotel, within 10 minutes walking distance and offers a wide choices of food.

Sep 15, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessA nice five star hotel in the heart of Longgang district. Rooms are generous in space a very beautifully decorated. The included breakfast was opulent, I have to say among the best I have had in China so far.
I faced minor issue with unpleasant smell in my non-smoking room. I realized after a while that it probably comes from the moisture in the carpet which cannot dry reasonably quickly after cleaning.
I would not recommend using masseur service, it was unprofessional and not worth the money. -

I accidentally booked this hotel instead of Crowne Plaza Landmark Shenzhen which is in the Guomao area and much closer to the city center. Our chinese friends didn't want us to take the subway or a cab to go there at night as they considered this area to be potentially unsafe for tourists to walk at night. So they gave us a ride to the hotel after dinner which took around 45 minutes from downtown Shenzhen and included some rather long stretches on the motorway. The location is a downside of this hotel.
That being said, the pricing was reasonable (around ￥1,200 for a "Superior Suite"). The suite was in excellent condition with two bathrooms, a very spacious living room and comfortable bedroom. The rooms were in a state of impeccable cleanliness. Wi-Fi was reliable (with the obvious limitations of accessing many western websites that applies to all of China).
An ample breakfast buffet was provided. The quality of the coffee could be improved.
We didn't have the chance to check out the pool/spa area. For our way back we took the hotel's complimentary shuttle bus to Longcheng Square Station where we boarded the Longgang Line for a 1 hour ride back to Children's Palace station.
I can very much recommend this hotel but I would advise you to take the travel time between downtown Shenzhen and Longgang into account when deciding for a place to stay in the area. -

The Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Longgang City Centre (Shenzhen Longgang Zhujiang Huangguang Jiari Jiudian) is located on Longxiang Avenue in Longgang District. It is only a ten-minute walk from Metro Line 3 Longcheng Square Station.
This hotel offers a wide range of guest rooms complemented with excellent amenities that include satellite TVs and high-speed internet access.
