Has bare necessities

Oct 13, 2025 | Trip type: FamilyThis hotel is not in town centre but has a shopping mall opposite and a few restaurants next to it. One of these is Halal - located opposite the side entrance of the hotel . For breakfast don't go too early around 730 as it tends to be overcrowded . There is no crowd control and no food as these were not replenished in time . This is especially during school holidays. At the end of the road there is a garden which is good for morning walk.

Room space are clean and comfortable but the breakfast was very awful, i just can ate a mantau (chinese bread) and a little piece of sweet cake.
Location quite far from downtown, on the way to this hotel from Lowu commercial city around 7pm on Friday, very traffic jam.
Not much restaurant around this hotel, mostly a lot of machine & tire shop nearby the hotel and wifi only available in the lobby which is very small lobby.. -
Looks Can Be Deceiving

Mar 31, 2025Upon our arrival in Shenzhen, we were booked at this hotel. My first impression was a mixture of disbelief & comfort since the facade is not really impressive though the area is near the commercial establishments / shopping malls, restaurants & spas.
The room is spacious & clean compared to the rooms in HongKong & provides free toiletries as well as access to wifi which is still a disappointment since its connectivity is slow.
With regard to the staff, its sad to say that they can't speak & understand the English language. Their notices & wall posts were written in Chinese & no english translation. -

Canberra, Australia | Sep 3, 2025 | Trip type: CouplesWe stayed a few days here at the end of our trip to Lhasa Tibet. Just next to HK and with lots of shopping about. Only Do Not buy Computer goods here. Everything I bought in this city for the Cimputer does not work anymore!! Other than this set back shopping both Commercial and local are to be found nearby. Meals were good (Breakfast included) and it has WiFi working fine. Complimentary Drinking Water in all rooms along with usual room slippers etc. Beds very Comfy!

Philippines | Nov 8, 2025 | Trip type: FamilyThe worst hotel since i started my travel 10 years ago. Staff were no idea what i was talking about. Zero english at all. The room floor was so dirty not visible unless u walk with white socks. Toilet smells really bad had to clean and bleach before we used. Lastly, the door wouldnt close properly. NOT GOING BACK TO THAT PLACE EVER!!
