Beautiful Rooms, Centrally Located

I stay in this hotel 4 nights and my experience is very good. This hotel is near Zhuzholin & Chegongmiaon Metro Station. They have shuttle bus service for Hong Kong Airport In Every one hour. Rooms are big and well cleaned. Staff is also good. Its good hotel for all business class and holiday travellers. In short a good class hotel in good price.
Beautiful room

We only stayed here for one night before passing through to HK but this was such a lovely hotel. We were welcomed out of the cab by the bellboy, checked in quickly and taken to our room. The room was so gorgeous, the bed was huge, there was loads f room and some complimentaries. The bathroom was gorgeous and the pool/spa area was also lovely. Everything was super clean.

The Shenzhenair International offers excellent service from the pick-up service (a big nice and comfortable car offering iPhone-chargers and chilled water) to check-out.
Many staff members can speak fairly good English, however the Chinese and the Cantonese restaurants would rather not serve you due to that they don't know English. That is really too bad as the restaurants have photos of the different courses and explanations in English, making it very easy to order.
Breakfast is excellent even for a healthy-freake Swede as myself.
The rooms are spacious. I did some issues with the aircondition in the room (Shenzhen is very hot and very humid - and so was my room), but asked for help the second night and it was solved efficiently.
The gym is bigger than the ordinary hotel gym, but what I really liked was the indoor pool. I relaxed in the sauna and the jacuzzi before a nice cool swim, every night before going to bed. A nice treat after a long working day.
I would certainly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay during business trips.

Room was nice, spacious with nice views. Two different style breakfast buffets (western & eastern) to choose from. Walking distance to shopping & eating (markets & mall).
Overall was an enjoyable stay. Very up market by China's standards, however nothing really stood out.
Great location but limited English

Clean, well appointed, close to business center... but if you do not speak Chinese, it's not very easy to get the service perhaps this hotel could offer otherwise. There was some confusion checking in and especially checking out which took a very long time, little clarity and takes very long. But otherwise, nice hotel.
