  I would agree that the hotel was a bit of a maze, but we didn't really have any trouble getting to and from breakfast, our room, and Knight Valley.
  Admittedly, we are use to staying in 7 Days and Pod inns, but we found a luxury suite and two day tickets for cheap online.
  We had no trouble, loved the waterfall shower and incredibly soft and comfortable bed. Had a bathtub in the bedroom which we made full use of, along with the breakfast.
  Got really great experience for what we paid. We've talked about trying to do again in the future.

  There are several points for improvement for this hotel:
  1) The shuttle service here is the worst I have ever experienced. Shuttle buses are very dirty and have only around 10+ seats. They come every 30 mins which is very infrequent considering it is the only means of getting out of the hotel. For people without cars, you have no way to get out of the hotel after the shuttle service stops. Also, there is no line up for shuttle buses, people just rush to the door of the bus when it comes. you could wait for 30 mins without getting on.
  2) Bathroom condition is below standard, you can see yellow stains on the floor and in the shower closet.
  3) Breakfast buffet is ok, but there isn't enough utensils. When we ask the staff if there will be more plates, they simply tell us because there are so many people visiting, there are not enough utensils, this is just an unacceptable excuse.
  4) Confusing layout of the hotel. first off, the naming convention of room numbers doesn't make any sense. our room is 8508, but it's not on the 8th floor, its on the 5th. I don't understand why they have to add the 8 in front. Second, to get to the park, you need to take a separate elevator to the 6th floor in the middle of the corridor. there are no clear signs directing people where to go.

  I got some serious insect bites on my 2 legs from sitting on the fabric sofa. It was so serious I have to get antibiotics from the doctor after reaching my home country. It took 2 weeks for the boils to subside but the marks are still faint after 2 months.
  No one told us about the short cut to the theme park and we walked the longer route the first day. So, I am not pleased.
  Breakfast is ok. Hotpot at the restaurant is nice but not cheap.
  I won't be back.

  Stayed here for a night, location is good and selling quite cheap rate.
  Breakfast was poor, so many mainland people, is that they no need to line up for waiting?(For me, i need to wait around 30 mins for a table), and the restaurant staff let them go first.... Room was bad, and pretty dirty!! Wont be come back anymore.

  booked a room for appx US$ 300/ night , and what you get is a hotel looking like a science fiction movie set , but no practical approach , i dont know what came to the mind of architecture team who designed it .
  am cursing my self by not paying attention to the reviews posted by fellow advisors .
  the main problem is accessing the rooms on 7th floor , for which you have to take one lift till 5th floor then a long walk to take second lift till 6th and again a small ramp walk to take last lift to your room on 7th floor .
  the lobby on 5th floor is so smelly with the damp carpet it seems that it was once flooded with water and still its not dry .
  when we entered room same was the case with rooms thought maybe after putting AC on for some time will make it better , but when it didnt become tolerable had to call reception to change room , were shown 3 diff rooms and same problem , since ours was a suite room so they didnt have enough rooms for us to show , ultimately had to pick the least smelling room , sprayed half a can of our deo to make it breathable , after few hours or so it became better or may be it was sleep which made us forget the smell.
  level of english very very poor ,i expect the level of front staff atleast for communication , but you feel like banging your head to wall , if you cant speak or understand chinese , must not adventure to stay here .
  breakfast very normal , and food choice in restauarant very minimal .
  would consider staying in this kind of hotel if avbl for $50 , else not
  advise to hotel , must remove all carpets one by one from all floors , since its in a aqua park and rains come almost everyday , the dampness never goes.
