  Large hotel used by a lot of business people. Nice friendly check-in. Room very nice, with all the facilities you would expect with a holiday inn (good bed, towels nice, room safe, etc). WIFI was very fast. Restaurant and bar very good, but very expensive. The mini bar was extortionate. Nice pool and gym area. Would definitely return.

  I came back to Shenzhen just after for days but this time I stayed at Holiday Inn as I had work at Nanshan and Baoan. This was first time I stayed here and it was delight.
  It is not an economy hotel but it is only after stay you realize that every penny was worth it.
  The hotel is surrounded by small and big restaurants, mainly Japanese. Hotel itself has Meitian restaurant and you can walk to many outside like Hua Shen, Changguchuan and also a vegetarian one Fu Tian Lin. Little ahead across the road you also have an Italian restaurant Saizeriya.
  The rooms are very nicely designed, really comfortable and sound control is just superb. As the hotel is right in the busy road but noise level is absolutely nil. I was happy with free Wi-Fi without any drops whatsoever.
  The hotel has really very motivating Gym and very stylish swimming pool. I can say for sure that families with kids will love this place.
  Again very cool spread of international combination of breakfast was just very satisfying.
  I walked across the hotel, crossed a nice park and landed at big shopping center , fast food joints, bank all at one place.
  Since I had work at Baon and Nanshan both I loved my work not being so far from my stay. To catch an early morning flight this was ideal, just 30 minutes’ drive and arrnging taxi was left to hotel which they did right on time. Highly recommended.

  I stayed in that Hotel for 1 week in March 2015
  The rooms are big, clean and quiet.
  The breakfast is excellent. You have a choice of western, japanese and chinese breakfast. Every day a little change a little bit different. The staff is well trained and provide very good service.
  If you are standying in the lobby, someone will come, ask for help and can give you very good ideas, what to do. This is service how it should be.

  In total, I stayed in this hotel for 10 nights, split in two stays. It lies in a very good, “cool” and busy location in Shenzhen, near a very large shopping mall (I think it is Costal city), with plenty of options for food and stores. The hotel facilities are very big, including a very large swimming pool and gym. The breakfast is buffet style, with options that please Chinese, Japanese, Americans… even Brazilians like me. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with cable TV in several European languages. The staff are very attentive and most of them (not all of them) speak enough English to get by. They can also book a taxi for you and they also can keep some of your luggage for a while. I think the only downside was the distance from the nearest subway station – Houhai – , because I had to walk for 20-25 min to get there every time. One thing I liked most about Shenzhen metro were the announcements: Mandarin, Cantonese (if I’m right) and English (!!).

  Overall their staff are very friendly and most of them understand english. All of their staff having an English name such as Sara Liew ect. Huge Lobby and have a non smoking floor. Im staying here for 3 night. This hotel a located near to mall and easy to access many shop. Room are clean and well maintained. well done.
