Disappointing
Her7181
Mexico City, Mexico | Oct 23, 2025 | Trip type: CouplesI have stayed in several St Regis (NY, Mexico City, Punta Mita, Aspen, etc...) and I must say this one was very disappointing.
Rooms need remodeling. Old furniture, stained rugs and quite small rooms.
The staff at the reception is rude.
They have staff just standing all over the lobby to help you with the elevator. A little bit overwhelming.
Even though the building is amazing the corridors are really dark.
The worst was my breakfast. Can pull nice benedictine eggs properly at a Luxury Hotel? So expensive for eggs and bread!
Not worth the stay! -
Sky High Luxury

Sep 14, 2025 | Trip type: CouplesThe St. Regis will blow your altitude. We stayed in a club room on the 80th floor and you could just make out Hong Kong skyline in between the rolling clouds, Staff where excellent with great english, Room with a view was spectacular and location is in a desirable part of Shenzhen close tp shops and restaurants galore.

Hong Kong, China | Sep 4, 2025 | Trip type: Friends getawayExcellent stay here. Amazing views, very attentive and polite staff. Nice personal touches - including a special birthday gift. Definitely a highlight of the Starwood group in Asia!
Would recommend paying the extra for a view of Hong Kong! -
Stunning Hotel

Miami, Florida | Aug 31, 2025 | Trip type: Friends getawayOne of the most incredible, jaw-dropping hotels on earth. The views are worth every penny. Also in a prime location in the city. Located on the top floors of KK100, with a subway stop steps away from the lobby.

Unique Hotel with great rooms with endless views

Shenzhen, China | Aug 17, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessAfter staying in other high skyscraper hotels such as Hyatt in Shanghai, Ritz Carlton in Hong Kong, and Four Seasons in Guangzhou my expectations were exceedingly high. And I have to say this hotel did not disappoint. As with most of these high rise hotels you do have to change elevators a few times from ground floor to get to your room. But once you arrive you have sweeping views of Shenzhen from the lobby. The hotel is located in the KK Mall with direct access to the subway system which connects to the airport. The mall has lots of top end shops, restaurants, and entertainment.
Check-In was fast and staff were very courteous. The room was superb with floor to ceiling glass with views that make you feel like you are in the clouds. I have to say the bed was one of the best I've slept in with very soft and comfortable sheets. The shower and bathtub are right next to the windows making it very romantic if with your significant other. Amenities in the restroom were top notch.
Although I didn't get to go to it at night I highly recommend the Malt bar at the top of the hotel which is the highest point in Shenzhen. They have unique rooms which you can book on a glass staircase. Had lunch twice at the Social Restaurant. Food and service were very good. Our waitress from Hubei was very helpful on recommendations. Only downside on the buffet was it is catered to Asian guests so very few Western options if important to you. Having said that the Asian food and especially the dessert was awesome. Was pleasantly surprised by the quality and choices at the salad bar.
Checking out can be a bit crowded due to the boutique type of lobby. Recommend asking for a late check out to avoid the crowds.
This is a can't miss hotel if you are going to visit Shenzhen.
