  I would highly recommend The Langham Hotel Shenzhen to any travellers wishing for an upmarket stay in a luxurious hotel in Shenzhen. It was extremely well appointed, staff were very pleasant and helpful, the rooms tastefully decorated and interiors of the communal areas were well looked after. I stayed there in October 2015 for a 40th birthday celebration with 5 girlfriends and we booked 2 Regent Suites with Club Lounge access which were so lovely and was lucky to have an upgrade of one of the rooms to the Marquis Suite which was larger had different decor. I very much enjoyed the Regent Suite which I chose to stay in, it was so comfortable and extremely large for two people, had a very comfortable bed and great amount of storage space. The pool area was well landscaped and very comfortable - and larger than most 5 star urban hotel pool areas. All in all we had a fabulous experience and i would highly recommend staying at The Langham.

  Room stunning and great value for a 5 star hotel. Room big enough and stunning dark wood mini bar! Excellent service and very helpful staff. Good location in Shenzhen for business. Great facilities and breakfast usual array of buffet and freshly cooked, both Chinese and western available.

  What an amazing Hotel. Walking into the lobby of the Hotel one is greated by the most amazing entrances ever encountered. The Langham signature is the Pink Rose.
  The foyer is a mass of perfumed pink roses in the most elaborate displays of excellence and elegance.
  This is a "high class" extablishment and it was an amazing experience to stay here.
  The guest room are really "high tech". Curtains automatically close on entering the room, pres button light switches. Safeety box situated in draw of writing desk. Huge rooms with walk-in bathroom and wardrobe. Only negative - Shower fittings were rusting.
  There is an amazing chocolate factory and shop on ground floor with a full size lady in crinoline dress made of chocolate and other amazing chocolate treats. The flower shop close by was something to behold. Dining in the restaurant (can't remember the name) was another great experience. Everything was prepared and cooked in a centre open kitchen for all the world to see. The head chef, a Frenchman, ran a tight and very interesting ship. The food was superb.

  Finally decision we pick Langham.
  Good service, quite big room with traditional Chinese feel. Comfort bed but it's a bit high. Only things is the MRT station takes more than 5 mins, not near as expected.
  Nice swimming pool and jacuzzi, have memorable day here! Will decide to back if have chance!

  Very elegant and welcoming. Staff is excellent. Breakfast buffet is really nice as they have a full range of western food. Rooms are nice but I would say the beds are quite firm and a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise the accommodations are lovely.
