  I stayed one night on business and found the hotel to be adequate for providing for needs of a business traveler. There are places to eat close by. Nothing elaborate in any way.
  The rooms are decent and clean. Nothing as such to complain about.

  I ennjoyed my stay at this hotel, we booked late but the rate was competitive for a 4 star hotel being about £40.00 per night for 2 people. Board was bed and breakfast.
  the rooms were clean the bathrooms were clean. i found the staff obliging. However I was dissapointed with the Breakfast there was little to offer western palletes.
  The western restaurant and the chinese restaurants were good however.
  One criticism of the hotel was that it was a little way from the centre of the city

  Rooms are very nice, big and good Tv, nice views to street and it's ok for noise. Clean and big bathroom but breakfast very bad. The worst in China for 12 days.
  Wifi is very good and area it's ok for beers.
  Near to HK border.
  Not recommended for European people if like breakfast well.

  I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights and enjoyed my stay. The rate was value for money and the room I stayed 1202 was quiet comfortable compare to the other 4 and 5 star hotels I stayed around the area. The hotel is very close to many restaurants and shopping and very easy access to Lohu station.
  I would go back to stay in this hotel and hope the hotel will improve following points.
  1. Not enough lighting in toilet and its hard to shave in the dark.
  2. Reception staff needs to be trained to be friendly and smiling. I can't imagine why any organisation would employ any staff can't be guest friendly as they are paying them and they are the first and last to see to the guest. Every other staff in the hotel I found to be very friendly except the reception.
  3. Breakfast needs to be improved and its more for local customers than westerners.
  While waiting to be picked up after check out. I was greeted by a gentleman and introduced himself as deputy general manager and asked me how was my stay. That was a nice touch and made me forget all my complaints. I did mention to him about staff attitude and he took that in to consideration. If only every other staff was like their deputy manager this hotel will be a top hotel to stay. They have all the facilities and just with right training this hotel will be a true 4 star hotel.
  I used to stay in one particular hotel nearby for the last 10 years and due to staff attitude I stopped going there and after staying several hotel including the 5* Pang Lin hotel, I preference this hotel and would stay there on my next visit.

  酒店在罗湖区，从火车站走过来差不多十分钟，酒店还是比较安静的。但是前台的服务有待提高，解答问题不是很耐心。设施稍微有点陈旧，性价比还不错！
