  This is a great hotel in central business location. Everything was good except cleaning which can improve the hotel standings. Staff was very helpful, room was great, views were good. I will strongly recommend to use this hotel.

  I have always stayed at Westin or W hotels with fancy settings & trying to be more luxurious. I decided to stay at this Hotel in Shenzhen because it is located in a quieter part of Shenzhen & behind the hotel are good quality shopping centers that offer plenty of good food, cinemas, gaming centers, plenty of mid level quality shops. The room was quiet & high quality air conditioning system was being used to ensure noise level is minimal. Plenty of taxi that will pickup from hotel or drop off there. The best surprise was the Amazing Cantonese Cuisine located on level 3 of the hotel. Take a lift inside hotel to get to level 3 & you would be immediely greeted by a friendly staff to show a table for most delicious traditional Cantonese style yum cha dim sims. Dinner is also delicious & very good value. The presentation of every dish is excellent & so delicately prepared. All staff members are friendly & very cheerful to enjoy working in the restaurant. Great meals in a great value hotel. Well done to all staff members.

• Felt like luxury for a low price

  I didn't know what to expect, but this was the best deal that I found online for a hotel that was near a subway line. Definitely surpassed expectations. The staff at the check-in were nice and we were welcomed with a plate of fruit. Room was cool and comfortable with soft bed and linens. Shower is warm and good water pressure. I've stayed in enough Chinese hotels to know not to take those things for granted! Only bad thing is that the wi-fi is slow. Luckily we had our dongle to connect with an ethernet cable.
  
  The hotel is located next to a large shopping mall with lots of good eating options and next to the subway station where you can get to anywhere in the city. The breakfast sounded pricey (70 yuan) so we didn't opt for that.

  Grand Skylight is a nice-enough Chinese hotel near the electronics district in SZ. I stay here whenever I visit because it's near my office. This is a truly Chinese hotel- limited English at check-in, some slightly odd quirks (such as paying for coffee pods in the executive suites), but overall it's a nice enough place.
  
  I have stayed in standard rooms and been put off by the obvious smoking smell in all the rooms. The executive rooms are nicer and don't smell. They also have great bathrooms.
  
  Breakfeast is quite good. For the price, this place is pretty decent.

  I spend 2 nice days in this Hotel. I had a good time. The rooms are big and clean. Breakfast was good with a wide range of offerings. The food and service was very good. The Internet unfortunately is not so fast, but it was free.
  Outside the hotel is not much to see walking. You need a car to move around.
