Great location, clean room and outstanding breakfast

This hotel is great for business, nearby the factories that I work with, and the staff was extremely friendly, I arrived at the hotel at 9:30 and they had me in a room by 10:00. Outstanding customer service, I stayed at a different 5 star hotel on my previous trip and I signed up for a room with early check in, and I got my room at 13:00 instead of 15:00. I was going to drop my bags at the front desk and go out to work for the day as early check in at the "other hotel" was a joke and figured it wasn't worth the money.
This hotel is a 4 star hotel and is the nicest Hilton Garden Inn I have stayed in, it's even nice the Hilton near my home. The breakfast was amazing, it was hot breakfast with tons of options, plenty of western choices as well as traditional Chinese breakfasts. By the second day the staff knew my name and by the 3rd they knew how I liked my eggs and what type of juice i drank.
The only reason I gave this a 4 star review is the air conditioning wasn't top notch, I could only get the room down to 24c although it was typically 25c, I prefer 20-22c so it was a little warm for my liking, however, at least the air conditioning did something, it was 31 to 34c outside some 24 was at least tolerable, but given the cost of less than $50 a night on a prepaid rate, I will be returning to this hotel on my next trip

Hotel itself is nice but the location is far from airport, business and shopping district. Local people don't recommend me to stay in this hotel again. But the price that the hotel charged is value for money. So it depends on what you are looking for.

This hotel is handy to the new Shenzhen Airport and the Ferry to the HKG International Airport. Very good facilities, and nice rooms with a comfortable bed. Staff are helpful and most understand enough English to assist you.

good experience and price room clean and staff friendly a little bit narrow in the parking garage very convenient to access different food the lobby is large and it is very nice to have business center with computer free to use and one with macos the other with windows

The hardware of the hotel is really nice. The room is cozy. Toilet is clean and people are quite polite and helpful. When we left the hotel and asked them to call taxi for us, we just wait for few mins and the taxi arrived. But there is too little gym machines. The quality of breakfast can be improved.
