  I think the Hotel breakfast is very very authentic till I cannot stomach in though I am a Chinese . I pity those Caucasian guest and I saw at least 5 of them .
  Coffee is the most basic beverage at least in modern ShenZhen i assume yet I don't know what am I drinking ??
  SKIP the breakfast save up e $.. walk toward opposite plenty choices .
  10 yuan a bowl of noodles beat the 4 star hotel breakfast ..
  Rooms OK but old .. Wifi expected crawling .. .. ..

  I ended up at this hotel because the one at the other end of the block was closed for good along with the money I prepaid. About his hotel the English skills were limited they did get a manger and a bell boy who were fine and moved the check in along quickly. I didn't eat here. The subway was about a one mile walk and there is a alley that cuts to the right through one of the blocks that good street food I ate from the stalls many times. There replacing the carpeting in the hallways when I was there so that is new now.

  This hotel has always been great over the last three years and three trips to china and also in many cities. stayed n shanghai, Shenzhen, Beijing. The rooms are clean and the furniture is new and the staff are very good its the best I stayed in a long time

  The hotel is located next to a nightclub so I really should not have been surprised by the bathroom amenities consisting of several packets of condoms and lubricants !!! The rooms were very basic and the breakfast caters only for local people with some strange looking breakfast items. Probably a good hotel if you are going for a fun time with a bunch of mates but not really what I was looking for on a business trip.

  This review is mainly for Westerners, we had a very stressful arrival to China which did not help matters. The hotel lost our booking and although they tried to look busy to help us, they did nothing. We spent a huge amount of time and money trying to rectify the matter with them and over the phone with ebookers. They had no English and terrible wifi, eventually they charged us for for rooms for one night as we planned to get out of there ASAP the next day. The room stank of smoke, the street outside and the hotel corridor were noisy, and the area in general was run down. We found 3 hotels the next day for a similar price that were far superior (Sunflower Hotel in particular). Vienna appears to do great business with locals but the lack of English and Wifi, and the noisy late night business they do, means it s not great for a business trip hotel.
