Checked in late on 13/10 as our flight from Singapore arrived at 11.05. Hotel front desk miss Lee were most helpful getting ready all 4 rooms ready for us . We were a family of 8. The breakfast not much of varieties but is sufficient for a simple meal. Food were everywhere surrounding the hotel , try the seafood restaurant opp the hotel, very delicious fried bee Hoon and prawns porridge . Checking out was smooth too, we even hired a mini van 16 seaters at 400 yuan to sheko ferry terminal en route to Macau . Overall a very pleasant stay. The only downside was the air con in two of the rooms weren't cold 305 and 310. And also there's a renovations gg on at the moment . Will stay here again if the rate is good.
Location is good but hotel a bit rundown

The hotel location is at 5th floor with a new reception. Wifi were very slow at the reception but in the room it is perfect. The bathroom and carpet is a bit old but bearable for a night or two. Shops and restaurants are plentiful only within walking distance say 5mins to 10 mins walk. There is a big shopping mall beside the hotel which is next to a hotel Fraser Place (new and pricy). Opposite the hotel building were a row of shops where you can find some food to eat and around the corner a convenient shop that you can get some drinks and etc.

The hotel main entrance might be a little tricky to locate, but hotel location was indeed very good. Hotel is located in Dongmen, the subway is a stone throw away. There are alot of clothing wholesale shops around in the area. Food is widely available.
The room is pretty adequate, except it is a little dark. And they do not provide complimentary drinking water, everything has to be paid for. The hotel restaurant serves good dimsum in the morning.
You get what you pay for. Nothing special.

This hotel is located in Dongmen area...so there are a lot of food stalls and wide variety shops. I stayed for 2 nights in a superior 2-bedroom suite...so there was 1 king size bed and 2 single beds in my room. Very comfortable...and the room size is very big. No complain at all for me.
Getting bad to worst

Service getting bad to worst; have stayed here for more than 4 times.
Staffs were rude, rooms are with a nasty smell ! Lifts allowing smokers that smokes inside causing all of us to smell like smokers ><
Req for high floor became the first level for rooms :( communication break down or don't bother I really don't know !! In fact, people over there in china are dirt rude to be honest :(
