Great location and very comfortable

The room was spacious and well equipped. We had great customer service from the front desk during our stay. The concierge were also very helpful. Location wise next to the mall was relaxing and you can walk to the park nearby. Access to the rail made it easy for moving around. All making our first visit to Shenzhen enjoyable.

In general, Far East hotels make the hotels we have in Europe/States look terrible.
They are all quite new, are built to a really high standard, offer a ‘full package’ (WiFi, breakfast etc included in the price) - and the prices are LOW.
This hotel is on the main shopping street - right above the metro train line - with lots of restaurants nearby.
For a business trip to Shenzhen, it’s a really good deal.

What could be better? The food has a distinct ‘mainland China’ flavour and I didn’t see fresh milk all week.

Overall? I would definitely book there again.
