  Stayed in New Tower. Very comfortable, verging on luxurious. Service and attention level impeccable. Food in main restaurant on ground floor very good for a hotel meal (ate there one evening). Service and food in exec lounge on 3rd floor exceptional in evening - you won't need more than they offer as dinner, and happy hour starts at 6pm.
  Would definitely recommend as a business hotel, and is quite affordable given the standard of the hotel and service.

  Thanks to the manager Olivier and his staff. They really try to pay attention to every detail to make your stay comfortable. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. The fitness room and pool are adequate and very clean. The breakfast buffet is very good.

  This is probably the best and most well equip hotel I have stayed in. And the price is most reasonable. The room is spacious, toilet has separate shower and bath. The usual amenities are there, including a large safe for your laptop.
  Extremely convenient;y located next to a shopping mall.

  Stayed here for one night during a business trip. The hotel is owned and a part of the next door Wanda shopping mall group. The hotel is less than 2 years old. From the outside the hotel seems more Chinese than it really is, but don't worry, once inside your are meet by a gigantic lobby and helpful staff. The rooms are big and includes lots of storage space, walk in closet, big screen tv, big bathroom with separate shower, tub and toilet, and a desk. On the 26th floor is there a spa department offering full body massages. The room rate included breakfast, a big fresh collection of fruit, pastry, eggs to your liking, freshly pressed juices and and ... Plenty of it all, including coffe freshly made by the cup. Besides the next door shopping area there is a big stadium next door to the hotel, but besides from that you need a to walk a bit before you get close to other interesting sights.
  But for the price you pay, it's well worth it, I will be back

  Pros:
  Convenient location in b/w airport and downtown.
  Next to a big commercial centre.
  Staff is very nice and helpful.
  Front desk officers take care of your requests.
  Good value for money.
  Hotel design is modern and good looking.
  Gym well equipped. Swimming pool is clean.
  Cons:
  Breakfast choice is half for locals and half continental. Coming late won't ensure you complete choice and fresh cooked food.
  Breakfast area is very noisy because all chairs (comfortable btw) are heavy and squeak every time somebody gets up or sits. It so cheap to stick felt pads under the chairs, why hasn't it been done yet? doesn't it make sense?
  Rooms are tidy and 'relatively' clean but for a 5-star hotel we do expect more than a quickly swept floor (bathroom's floor was not neat) and both bathroom separating glass with bedroom + bedroom windows had obvious stains and greasy prints since we arrived and still not cleaned 3 days later.
  => Fixing these small things could make it "Excellent" from my perspective.
