  I was dubious about its location as it was situated slightly north of the city. However, it is 2 mins walk from the metro & the facilities are worth the extra trek from the centre. It's more modern that the Crowne Plaza zhongshan, where I stayed on my previous visit to Shenyang. It's surrounded by restaurants & the hotel food is good too. It has a nice atmosphere & the staff are very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

  Good location, modern, rooms well appointed. The major down for me is that despite there being a/c control units in each room it appears that the temp is centrally controlled and can't actually be adjusted by the guest. I'm sorry, but if I'm paying to stay at your hotel I will decide what temperature is comfortable for me. 23.5 is way too warm for comfortable sleeping, particularly when the only bed cover is a duvet with no sheet.
  Is this a corporate policy? Bad news.

  Spent five days here at the end of July. By and large, I didn't encounter any major difficulties with communicating with the staff - their English was more than adequate. Check in was brisk even though my party arrived close to midnight after a three hour delay in Beijing. The situation with the view from the room was a bit unorthodox: you were looking out into what appeared to be some kind of sun lounge on the sixth floor? Didn't bother me too much as it was never used. Room clean and had all the essentials. Breakfast was enjoyable, good selection. On two occasions, had the buffet meal in the evening - good value and well recommended. Check out was a breeze. All in all quite pleasant indeed.

  I'm writing this review because I feel I should give credit where due.
  We arrived very late last night. The check in process wasn't very smooth, I'm guessing because there was a skeleton crew running the ship at that hour.
  I had a slight issue about staying an extra night, and then with 'unopenable' windows. I think the whole thing was made worse by everyone involved being tired.
  Coming back today, on the other hand, was a different story. I was treated extremely well by efficient and charming staff with great English. They didn't have to make the effort, but the fact they did is commendable.
  My room was clean and comfy. I went to the gym, which has treadmills and cross trainers, a small selection of machines and free weights. As I only use free weights I was happy, and the place was clean and not too busy. The pool also looked very good, but I didn't swim.
  Positioned close to the lovely Beiling park, and with shopping in Beihang close by, this is all in all a great place to stay. The only reason they lost a star is the fumble as we first checked in.
  Keep up the good work.

  It had been wonderful stay and I enjoyed the courteous staff always ready to take care of you. My visit was for four days in June and I had memorable stay except only language problem to express your requirements. The hotel is nicely located centrally having all the basic amenities.
