The Front staff is helpfuland courteous. When I check in my room, there is only hot water without cold water (at this time, the temperature is about 38c and the hottest in the history according to the local. I told the front desk about my problem and it was resolved after I came back from my dinner.

This was my fifth stay at this establishment. The accommodation is first class and the rates for long stays are extremely reasonable. Breakfast is included in the room rate and has plenty of variety and includes both Chinese type foods and European foods. I cannot fault the service at this establishment
