Rooms are nice but staff needs training in customer interaction. Checking out there was no greeting, no smile, no thank you for staying or asking how the stay was. It felt like I was doing the hotel a favor for staying there.

A good place to stayover

Very nice staff, clean comfortable rooms and the food is ok. Not many choices and that’s ok because you don’t want to stay at the airport long ... one needs to get out into the city. Used this to stay between day trips to other cities.

This is a standard business hotel . don't expect anything special rooms are spartan but confortable . The restaurand is correct and the service adequate . the rooms are properly insulated against noise

Like most people, I stayed here for one night before flying out. Rooms were good, relatively quiet considering proximity Yo airport and the free shuttle running every 15/30 minutes was pretty good.

Executive lounge, good value too!

Please be informed that our free shuttle bus from Pudong International Airport to our hotel will be waiting opposite the Gate 9, Terminal T1 and at Gate 27, Terminal 2. It only takes you 5 minutes to reach the hotel. Hope the opportunity to welcome you back in the future!
Very Good Service and Breakfast

The airport is 1 hour away from the city so if you have an early flight or long connection wait it is highly recommend. The English at the front desk is not great but the try. The breakfast was very good for China. They have a full American and expect to pay about 25 dlls. They have a shuttle to the airport every 15 minutes and the ride is about 10 minutes.
