Most everything Is great here. I Love the staff Like Alice, Sandra, Echo, King.
What infuriates me is that I can hear every door close in this hotel. It's a brand new hotel. Maybe they could install some small rubber stoppers in the frames of the doors. Something. It's absolutely annoying to have to endure this Especially during housekeeping time which is twice a day because of turn down service. This noise is a deal breaker for me.

Beautiful hotel with great restaurants and well designed rooms. Very large bathroom with separate shower and tub. The room is very convenient with plenty of open space and all amenities you might need. Good for both pleasure or business. There is a convenience market on the ground floor. The breakfast is excellent with both Asian and western fare.

Spent 3 nights for business in this new hotel. Everything is new, and nicely decorated.Spacious room with spacious bathroom. Comfortable bedding. Good selection at breakfast, not the best quality but consider better than average in a few other similar hotels in Shanghai. Whilst location is off center, only recommend if you have business visit near by.
Perfect hotel for Health buff. Lots of outdoor and indoor activities.

There are so many facilities in the hotel that one may spend the whole day in the hotel and still may not have done everything worth doing. There is a huge swimming pool, steam, sauna and outdoor tennis court along with a fully equipped gym in the health centre on the 3rd floor. Also, just opposite the hotel is the Public Park which is well maintained and ideal for a nice jog in the morning.
Though, around the hotel there isn't much to do, just residential area, just 10 mins walking distance away is The Chinese Acrobat Show and also a shopping arcade nearby with good brands.
Otherwise, just turning right after coming out from the hotel and walking for 2 minutes there is a FamilyMart convenience store, (Chinese counterpart of 7Eleven.)
I was there for just 2 days but thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
Try to get the maximum satisfaction that you can get, because you are paying good money despite being in China.....
Excellent Hotel for a business trip

The room I had was just perfect. Good comfortable bed, large bath with bathtub and shower. Very nice decoration.
The spa is great with a large swimming pool and a good gym.
The breakfast is also great. It was my first trip to China and I had a Chinese breakfast each morning until I craved for a European one after the fourth day. Both breakfast buffets had an extremely large choice of tasty food.
The only negative point about this hotel is that it is rather far from the center so you really need to take a cab to go any where.
But I will go there again on my next trip because it is close to our office and the price is good
