  Location was great and staff was very helpful. However there was zero hot water or even water pressure and beds were like sleeping on the floor. So hard. Nice to have a kitchen and laundry though. Would not stay again as it is very important for me to have nice shower and comfortable bed. Great location in center of city. Easy access to all the sights.

  It's simple, clean, and size of the suites are very comfortable in a nice neighborhood with walking distance to French concession and luxury shopping. Good Uigher food found around the corner and the house keeping are efficiently ninjas like.

  The apartment is less than 5 mins walk to Jin'an station, which is a prime location for Shanghai.
  It's an older property which is showing its age, especially in the lobby but don't let that deter you. The rooms themselves are well maintained and clean. I would suggest getting the rooms which has a small living room rather than their standard room, since the price difference is not that big and you get a much nicer space especially for a longer space.
  The check in counter is in a small room at the 2nd floor, which is weird but again don't be alarmed.
  Service is good generally. My room had a power trip at 11pm which was attended to promptly and the house keeper was really nice too. I speak Mandarin so communication wasn't an issue.
  I would stay here again given that it is incredible value for Shanghai which can be pricey.

  Choosing a serviced apartment means you are aware of things that come (and dont come) with the package.
  This is not a hotel. However, is a decent serviced apartment with all amenities that you may expect.
  They provide a small kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave oven, basic set of utensils and a washing machine+detergent, Ironing board+iron, TV + DVD player.
  The room service is done per demand and best thing, they even wash your clothes in the washing machine and dry them for you.
  Rooms are decent size for a couple of persons. They also have a DVD library to choose english titles from.
  Another best part of this property is it's location. Its very close from the Jing'an metro station. There is a convenience stores nearby and plenty of eating options, both simple and the classy types. An ideal location for leisure and work related stay.
  Overall, very satisfied with my stay here and would surely choose during next visit.

  We stayed in these apartments twice, both at the beginning and end of our month long trip to China. Originally I had picked these apartments because they are close to where a family member is living, but they are so very convenient for any stay in Shanghai. Easy to reach from the airport on a direct bus to Jingan Temple or on the subway. Very comfortable and clean, not noisy, spacious and well equipped. You are minutes from the subway, there is a convenience store downstairs, a food court across the road and lots of restaurants within about 10 minutes offering a host of food choices. The maids cleaned the rooms daily and I was very impressed with what we got for the price. We stayed in both the deluxe and ordinary apartments and both were good. Absolutely no complaints at all, flexible and comfortable. Can't recommend enough and would happily return.
