  If I were to give a feedback about my stay at this hotel, I would say : One of my best stays across the globe. Two main reasons : an excellent shower and swimming pool with sauna, and a spacious room with all basic requirements that I could think of. Added to this was the service - when I complained a weak internet signal in my room, I was given an exclusive router that helped me get the problem solved - the happened within 5 minutes. Added to that, is the grand infrastructure ( you need to walk a lot though ) and thoughtful ambience and interior designing. Kudos to the entire Crowne Plaza Anting team ! Two suggestions : (1) provide a cloth dryer at the swimming pool area - this is common at all other hotels (2) provide a wider spread of vegetarian food at your Buffet breakfast as well as dinner

  I can't comment on the price as was part of a package.
  Rooms fine - bed was huge and comfy.

  I stayed here for 4 nights for business. The room is big, tidy, clean and comfortable. You have no problem for a good sleep for business. This hotel has a few restaurants but they are expensive, therefore it is better to avoid them. The buffet breakfast is good and has a lot of choices. Since it is is a rather remote area, you have to book taxis going anywhere. Since I am here for business, therefore I have not used the facilities that much. The bar at ground floor has a pool table and since there are not many customers, the choices of alcohol and cocktails are limited.

  This is a fine hotel, very comfortable rooms and fantastic breakfast. There is a shuttle to Anting Metro station (Line 11 on Shanghai metro) and to the nearly Automotive companies. Food and drinks are on the expensive side. The bar is nice with a very good pool table. The leisure facilities are well laid out.

  The Crown Plaze in Shanghai Antig is a typical business hotel which is at the global standards. The rooms are as you expect it from Crown Plaza and actually fairly similar independent of the country where you travel.
  The one in Anting is a pretty large hotel however it did not have many guests at all. The entire house felt empty: corridors were you are alone and an almost empty lobby, bar and restaurant. This is a bid irritating I have to say.
  There are a few things which could be improved:
  - My room was pretty cold and the heating did not change it very much (I really like to sleep at cooler temperature but the room was too cold).
  - We arrived in the evening and tried to get some snacks/sandwiches at around 10:30pm. The restaurant was open but empty. The lady did not understand that we were looking for some sandwiches. She send us to the bar saying we could order there. At the bar we got told that they do not serve food and we should use the room service. Surpising that this was not possible in such a huge hotel.
  - Staff is very friendly and speaks (some) english. Communication works ok for any standard or basic questions but can quickyl reach a point where you are not being understood. Given such hotels are used by many foreigners who typically do not speak Chinese it woudl be good to further improve the language skill of the client facing staff.
