My wife and I stayed at Delight Pacific Hotel for 2 weeks. We booked our room thru AirB&B. The room was very clean,and well organized. It was extremely quiet. We didn't see or hear any dogs barking as was mentioned in other posts on Trip Advisor. We were very pleased to have stayed there, and would highly recommend this place.
A Service Apartment

The room was bigger than my expectation and they had every facilities you needed like washing machine, kitchen, living room and bath room. It would take 15 minutes walk to nearest shopping mall from the service apartment. It seem to be crowded during office hours maybe it was sharing with offices in the same building. They did not offer free breakfast. Somehow, they did have a restaurant in the lobby, but I did not try it. The nearest metro station is quite some walk away from the service apartment.
Suite room? Yes, .. that's it.

Check in? Pretty average. When the person on duty could not speak English well. It will take some time.
Got into the room..Wow! one can even somersault in the room. Flooring, wood panel. nice. But when the weather gets cold, it is just as good as your feet is on fire.
It is quite bare. Not so cosy when you want it. Breakfast, very very average. Just like any other local Chinese hotel's. When you want a meal in the evening, it is not available. No room service either.
If you are looking for a big room where you want to do somersault, there you are. Otherwise, ... your choice.

Pretty bad experience. Bathroom is not clean. Multiple areas where there is water dripping from the ceiling. Hot water turns on and off every minute while taking showers. Kitchen exhaust doesn't get vented outside, it just blows smoke around inside the kitchen. Clothes drying machine is a joke. It's faster just to hang dry my clothes around the apartment.
Maintenance workers are lazy. Front desk people are nice. Upper management is horrible, and pretty much unwilling to fix any problems or switch rooms.
A nightmare.

This is my first time to Shanghai and I stayed this hotel for 2 nights. I arrived really late on the 1st night, the staff of the front desk is really helpful & nice, his efficiency helped me settle down within 5mins and I believed he is the best staff I met in this hotel. But my nightmare starts immediately when i checked in. I found an awful odor comes from the toilet & the bathtub was terrible, full of dirt and you will never want to step into it. However the hotel insisted they are scratches instead of dirt. I requested to change the room but they said they are fully booked, i considered it was quite late at night, so i gave up. The following day when i finished my job i went back to the front office and ask about the process of changing room, they insisted all rooms are booked and no room can change for me, they also insisted they did a "deep cleansing" on the bathtub in my room, so no change is needed!!!!!!!!! I was pissed off so i send a message to their sales & marketing director, and within 5 minutes, the staff told me one customer gave up the room SUDDENLY, so they have another room to change for me. The new room was huge, however, with a similar problem inside the bathtub, just a better version. Luckily no more bad smell, however the WI-FI sucks....so i stayed in my room without any work i can did, and of course no entertainment as well......
