  I've taken two points maily for:
  1- It's distance from the metro station (about 10 min walk)
  2- Street noise, we stayed in the 11 floor, but the windows are not good enough in isolating street noise such is horns, people shouting ...etc. personally woke up multiple times from outside noise.
  Other than that, the staff are frindly, helpful, reception speak english, rooms are clean. Next to the building, there is a mall with many resturants and a big supermarket.

  Stayed for 2 weeks. Clean and comfortable service apartment with kitchen and laundry. Its connected to a mid size shopping mall. Location is not too central and about 20 minutes walk to nearest mrt. English speaking staff at reception.

  We have stayed twice at this residence, the location is connected to a mall with a small market in the basement, a Papa John's and other restaurants, Costa Coffee and a children's indoor play area. The rooms are clean, they offer a kitchen and laundry in your apartment which is helpful with kids. It can be very difficult to get taxi's here, even when they call for you and recently we encountered problems when we requested in our reservation a baby bed. Upon arrival we were told there were none, and our 7 month old could sleep on a sofa bed, not ok. We had to go out by taxi to purchase a baby crib, bring to the hotel and assemble with the help of their "engineer" and then leave the bed after our 2 day stay because we obviously couldn't carry it on the train with us. The staff at the front desk is not very friendly or helpful, we were laughed at by the girl checking us in and when i emailed the front desk manager after our stay i received no reply. We will not stay here again, if you do call ahead for baby bed and make sure the room you requested is available. Previously we stayed here for 3 weeks.

  The serviced apartments are defined as 5 start on many booking websites...they are certainly not 5 star once in your room, a solid 4 star. There are some great points to this hotel:
  - The staff are amazing, having stayed in many hotels in China ive so many terrible experiences of them trying to rip me off, no English spoken etc. The staff here are all so helpful and helped with everything i needed. They really should be commended!
  - The gym is really well equipped and literally nobody uses it!
  - The mall downstairs has a few places to grab food but is poor if you wanted to shop, head to Nanjing West instead
  - Fairly close to a metro stop which takes you down into Jing'an in about 15 mins
  - The room service ladies are a hoot - i regularly practiced my limited Mandarin with them and we had a great laugh!
  - Its cheap for Shanghai.
  The not so good:
  - The location isn't great, maybe Ive been spoilt having stayed in the heart of Jing'an Temple and Nanjing West road for long periods previously but its a little out the way from the tourist areas (15/20 min taxi ride in rush hour)
  - Restaurant downstairs for breakfast is so-so.
  - Taxis are not that easy to get, concierge can order you on but they take a while to come.
  In summary its not an amazing 5 star experience with pure luxury but it is very good and don't underestimate the fact that the staff are really helpful, it really helps in China....
  I would certainly stay here again as the positives easily outweigh the very slight negatives.
