Exellent hotel

We stayed in this hotel for 1 week and had a wonderful stay. Everyone was so friendly and helpful from the reception to the doorman and restaurant staff. We would especially like to thank the concierge supervisor and colleagues for all their help. It was my husband's birthday and we just mentioned it , within 1 hour there was a knock on our door and we were pleasantly greeted by 6 members of staff with a cake. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again

It was a quiet location but the hotel was about 10mins walk to the Metro and very easy to get to Shanghai downtown by metro. It took about 5-10mins get to Shanghai Centre to view all the attractions. The concierge was very friendly and helpful at all times . The breakfast was good with a variety of Chinese and continental food with prompt and friendly service.

Very good hotel in close proximity to century park, markets, subway and fairground. Really good staff and well appointed rooms, very good club floor. Good food and beverage choices and very reasonably priced

I would recommend staying here if visiting shanghai. the hotel was clean. The gym was decent. the staff were kind and friendly.
The food was quite good although service was a little slow. all in all good experience.
