  上海滞在時の定宿の一つです。　最大のメリットは地下鉄の駅（中山公園駅）から近い事。7号出口の目の前です。
  他の方も書いていますが、この建物内に、ホテル及び部屋を貸している業者（その場合の受付はそれぞれの会社の指定の部屋）があるので、予約時にチェックイン方法を良く確認しましょう。　また、部屋には豪華な設備はありません。　それさえ、理解していれば部屋代は安いので、寝るだけの場所と割り切れば十分な設備です。
  近くに日本料理店やコンビニがあるので、食糧調達には困りません。部屋によっては地下鉄の音が聞こえます。ま、これは目覚ましだと思って我慢しましょう。

  questo hotel è davvero da provare. Abbiamo soggiornato solo 3 giorni ma ci torneremo senz'altro. Tutto è stato perfetto. Il personale sempre pronto e sollecito a soddisfare ogni richiesta dei clienti. Eleganza, pulizia,bellissima atmosfera.

  ロケーションがいいのとリーズナブルなのでリピート利用しています。
  部屋の設備は老朽化が目立ち、半数の電球が球切れだったり椅子が壊れていたりと
  突っ込みどころも多いですが、
  洗濯機や電子レンジミニキッチンもあり、長期滞在には向いています。
  ホテルではなくウィークリーマンションとして割り切って利用すれば悪くない選択です。

  My partner and I have been staying here for the last 10 days since we arrived in shanghai and will continue to live here for the next since months as my partner will be working in shanghai.
  Although the apartment upon first inspection seems like it could do with a lick of paint and a good clean, it is easy to live in and we imagine will serve as our home for the next 6 months.
  The apartments are part of a friendly and very secure building. It is ideally located near the Zhongshan Park train station which you have 3 convenient entries to choose from all within a 2-5 minute walk. The cloud 9 shopping mall is literately around the corner and across a road which has lights (so you won't get run over) unlike other areas in shanghai.
  The apartment does not supply any cutlery or cooking utensils however there are many convenience stores and restaurants close by. Because of our length of stay we have found that anything we need to buy kitchenware/food/toiletries basically anything you need to live can be bought at the Carrefour in the cloud 9 shopping plaza- which I might add has 9 stories and 3 basement levels so it's huge.
  It has been advertised to have a fitness centre but we haven't found it yet and also found it difficult to ask where it is as they only speak very little English.

  We love this hotel. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. The manager speaks excellent English and with the desk help she will understand and help if you just point or gesture what you want, no problem. We are a family of four with two teens. So much storage to hide suitcases and the window ledge will hold 3 large suitcases to store items out of sight. A desk one level keeps traffic down. With 3 chairs at the kitchen table we could all sit at computers and Skype our friends. We brought a old router with us so that our room would have wifi. Maids mopped floor each day and left all new towels. Excellent service and clean. Great Value and location is perfect across from a wonderful mall and lots of restaurant's. We ate breakfast at street venders to the right of the hotel on the corner and "did not get sick" every morning for week. Also wonderful bakery inside mall in food court.
  Tip: When you arrive I think the escalator is permanently broken so go to the elevator in the Garage with your luggage. Go to second floor, change elevator and then go to 9th floor.
  We found the bottom bed cold but upstairs bed hot, but then when we did laundry and layed it to dry on banister of upstairs bed, it dried fast and keep the upstairs cooler and downstairs warmer.
  Great Laundry Machine but small loads.
  Get Coffee at McDonalds they give you cream and wet wipes.
  Minute to Subway across street, major lines. If Family of four, taxi is about the same price as subway ride as very cheap maybe 3 - 5 Dollars for a long ride 15 minutes. Night is slightly more money than day taxi's.
  In all I recommend this hotel to families and others, AGAIN Great Location!!! Very Safe!
