Pleasant stay..

Gandhinagar, India | Dec 31, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessStaff is courteous but bed is not much comfortable.
Stayed for more than a week. Carpet was very dirty.
Amenities are enough for any tourist. Had a microwave, washing machine, etc which was a good addon.
In all average. -

Guwahati, India | Nov 17, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessThe rooms are very spacious and very neat. Room service is also very good. However I had a difficult time explaining things to the receptionists due to language problem, but indeed, their staff were very courteous.
Location wise, its not the best for tourists, however, it's close proximity(30 se) to the metro makes up for it. -
Good location for metro users.

Montreal, Quebec | Jul 21, 2025 | Trip type: FamilyFriendly staff but not all spoke English. In a quiet, clean, safe area in Pudong and just a few steps away from 2 different metro lines. Lobby and hallways were not well-ventilated (environmentally friendly) but rooms were well air-conditioned. Hardwood and ceramic floors. No restaurant but every morning, a breakfast buffet was laid out in a dining area in the basement level. One buffet is included with room, any extra person had to pay 48 RMB. Preferable to eat outside.
There's a kitchenette with a fridge and stove because it's also used as a service apartment for businessmen. Single beds were surprisingly comfortable even though they were hard mattresses. We met with friends who lived in the Pudong area so it was very convenient. Was just a few mins. metro ride to anywhere, including downtown, shopping, even the Expo site. Taxi rides were also convenient and inexpensive. -

Dec 4, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessThe room was smelly. Everything looks old and used. Due to lack of heating, room was damp.
Breakfast was not offered. So we had to go the the nearby Starbucks.
And no wifi nor cable internet in the rooms. Although they claimed they are working on it. -
