Shanghai, China | Jan 27, 2025 | Trip type: BusinessMy wife and I stayed over one year. Staff was very friendly and responsive. Breakfasts were very good and a little expensive, so eat a lot. Gym and pool were smaller but fine. Location was excellent: just across the street from the Metro and the neighborhood was an older one, with lots of nice shops that keep improving.

2 bedroom suite perfect for families

Sydney, Australia | Dec 23, 2025 | Trip type: FamilyWe stayed in one of the two bedroom suites. It was really spacious, with all the amenities we needed including a bath, washing machine, free wifi and kitchen. A cot was provided for our toddler. The hotel breakfast included both chinese and western options and our suite was cleaned every day which we weren't expecting given it is a serviced apartment. The location was close to the metro station and the front desk was always staffed. The only negatives were that the front desk staff, while friendly, were not the most knowledgable about where to go and how to get there (they would google any question we asked them), also the clothes dryer didn't work, so we had to pack our wet clothes with us as there was no time to get them dry once we realised it wasn't drying.

Only issue was one of the lift was under maintenance that caused a bit of unpleasant.
